Had a great experience with Mitch Wright so far. Mr Shawn came out on a Sunday to give us a quote for a whole new system. Super thankful for that as my husband and I have crazy schedules. He was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Didn’t give us any BS which I appreciate. Hope to work with them in the future.

As it was time for our annual plumbing check-up, Rico came out and checked all of the faucets in the house, made sure the internal cut-off valves were working, checked the hot water tank and offered a recommendation, and took a look at an Instant Hot Water tap we have in the kitchen that has been giving us problems. When his visit was finished, he presented a recap of what we discussed, along with estimated costs for the work that needed to be done. I appreciate the professionalism displayed by Rico, and all of the Mitch Wright employees I have dealt with.

I can’t express enough positive things about this team! They are outstanding in many aspects—extremely friendly, incredibly polite, and they provide excellent service at fantastic prices. The installation of our new hot water heater was completed both timely and professionally. Also, the installation was completed the day after the initial assessment. Could not have asked for a better experience.
