Had the pleasure of using Stewart Plumbing. (Well, you know noone likes plumbing issues) .Cade was our plumber and very meticulous with his assessment. He explained all findings in detail and stopped my leak and coming back Monday to complete. Very nice young man and company was very nice to deal with. Highly recommend! P.S., Veronica who I spoke with yesterday was just as pleasant!

I was faced with a serious drainage issue that required an extensive replacement and rerouting of my main interior drain. The work was slow at first but shifted to a fast pace. Work was even performed on a holiday and weekends to expedite a timely completion. In several instances the company went beyond the scope of work with no additional charge to provide a more robust and long-term maintenance free water and drain system. My thanks to Tim (owner) that became personally involved in the project and for keeping me informed at every step and ensured customer satisfaction. Their entire team of plumbers and technicians were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Stewart Plumbing for major plumbing needs.

First time customer as I have been using another (big) company for the last decade for all of my plumbing needs. From the initial scheduling, the experience was great. My kitchen faucet has been leaking for quite a while, but I was able to "jiggle and wiggle" the handle to cut it off. However, it got the point where that no longer worked and the "drip" continued - as you can imagine the water bill has been ugly for a while. After having some major repairs done for a leak in the wall just a few months ago, another huge pluming bill was the last thing on my mind. On a Friday morning at 8 am I called Stewart Plumbing and spoke with Hunter to setup my appointment. I explained that my kitchen faucet was still leaking even though the valves were shut off and asked if it were possible to have someone come out the same day since I had a constant water flow. He said that unfortunately, due to the recent freeze, no one was available same day, however, he could have someone come out first thing in the morning (Saturday). Hunter was very friendly in the setup and explained the process of when I would be notified of dispatch, getting a text/email of the person who would be coming etc - similar to the current company I had been using - which definitely gave me ease. Saturday morning bright and early (as promised), Stewart plumbing gave me a call to let me know that my tech, Alex would be there in about 30 mins. Alex Hill & Mike Robinson were outstanding! They took their time and explained to me in detail, what they were going to do and the reason(s) behind it. Both were very knowledgeable and respectful - they talked "to me" and not "at me". They made it very clear that their goal 1st and foremost was to make sure that not only was I comfortable but most importantly a satisfied customer. They gave my breakdowns of all of my options for repair as well as quotes for other services as well. I like the fact that they presented the sale, but did not pressure me - it was just like - hey this is available should you want or need it in the future. After an initial attempt to fix what I had, I eventually chose the route to do a full replacement. I love the faucet and the workmanship behind it - they made sure to clean up everything. They took the time to show me how everything worked as well as provided all the information needed to register the product for warranty and Mike advised about the parts (leftover) that would be needed should I decide to update the sink in the future. Now are they expensive, YES, was the service I received worth the price... ABSOLUTELY. To be fair, they are expensive, however, it is in roughly in line with the company I have been using in the past and I don't mind paying for great service. Thank you Alex Hill & Mike Robinson for your exceptional work and service! If this is the level of service that is offered by Stewart Plumbing, I highly recommend and will recommend to others.

Our tech was Cade. He arrived at our house immediately after being contacted. He turned off the water and identified a leak in the slab foundation of our Home. He was able to quote us a price and completed the work in a timely manner. He was efficient, polite, and completed the work as promised. We are very happy with Cade and the crew’s performance. We highly recommend Stewart Plumbing! Dependable and professional!

Today my tech was amazing, he explained everything in detail and was patience with me. I didn't have to ask too many questions because he explained everything so well. We will continue doing business with the company. Thank you so much.

Noah is a courteous young man, very knowledgeable and very patient with me as I asked many questions. He answered my questions thoroughly and concisely so that I, as a 71 year old man, could understand the issues with my wall leak and the causes. I would confidently recommend Stewart and Noah especially to anyone. He was the best. My wife and I were more than pleased with his attitude, punctuality and understanding of our cost concerns as we exist on a fixed income. I would %1000 recommend this company to anyone on the fence. From the time I called to speak to ask for a visit out until the time of completion, every single person I spoke to was professional, curtious, and friendly. I had an emergency and the gentleman Hunter I spoke to, got them to fit me in last minute of the work day. A little while later, Colton came by and was extremely patient with us and thorough. He talked us through the process, went over pricing, and answered any and all questions we had. This was our first time really having any major emergency style issue and we were nervous at first, but he really put us at ease. He even went on and started the project a little that night, even though we knew it was really probably time for him to be off the clock. But he never made anything feel rushed, and was extremely friendly and patient. Bright and early the following morning, Noah and Alex showed up ready to work. They did an assessment of what the day was going to look like, talked us step by step what the process was going to be, asked if we had any questions (which I didn't, they covered them all), and got to work. They were very respectful, asked periodically if I had any questions or concerns, and the clean up they did after the job was finished, was mind-blowing to me. I will definitely call or recommend them in the future. Great job you guys!
