The office responded quickly, prices were reasonable, and the service good. The only negative was arriving at almost 6p when planning on 4p but the work was done quickly and efficiently.

We are a plumbing company and we use Razor for drains that we cannot get. They always show up when asked and they ALLWAYS get results.

Been waiting on plumber for a week the girl that answers the phone just keeps apologizing... The plumber keeps giving run around... very unprofessional would not recommend BEWARE!!

If I could give 10 stars I would, Joe was my Tech and spent 5 hours getting my line clean of roots. He was kind, respectful and worked diligently the entire time! He also cleaned up after he was done (immaculately) Prices are unbeatable considering the economic inflation at other large plumbing companies I work in property management so I can tell you I will only use them at my properties From now on and will be referring only them to anyone else with plumbing issues! Based on my experience using Razor Rooter, I highly recommend them. When their initial work didn't completely take care of my plumbing issue, they returned until the issue was completely corrected and their fees were unbelievably reasonable compared to other quotes that I received. Pleasant, effective, and reasonable ... a rare commodity in today's world!

Mark first quoted me $200 to hydrojet my basement drain and then 2 days later came out took less than 20 minutes but said it's actually $250. It resolved the issue but I feel like I was taken advantage of yet again. And he left water all over my basement floor. Plumbers in the past have always got the water up from the work and he didn't was very frustrating

These guys are great. Professional, helpful and got the job done right. On top of a great job roto rooter quoted me for $415 just to snake my drain. Razor Rooter did the job for less than half of that as well as a 3 putting a warranty to there work. I cannot recommend these guys enough. These guys are my go too from now on.

Had flooding in basement, and Joe took time to listen to the problem and get it fixed properly. Super friendly and professional, and showed up quickly. Price was extremely reasonable too. Will definitely use Razor Rooter in the future.
