I used Hunter to replace my water heater, heat and air conditioning unit. He always indicated to me that by he would continue to service the equipment he installed (even insisting on a unit because his familiarity with it). I proactively replaced the heater so that my children and I would not be in a position of being without heat. Less than 3 years later (during10 degree temps), my heater goes out. I reached out to Hunter, and he told me that he was too busy to look at it. Long story short, after finally finding someone to agree to look at it (reluctance due to the parts being in warranty and they could not vouch for Hunter's work), a week to wait for a part, and 100's of dollars later found that it was not the equipment, but an electrical issue. Electrician told me that the wiring was done incorrectly at installation (wiring was not stably connected and could be easily pulled out.) If I have a theme song for this experience, I will say Take the Money and Run.

Popis Heating & AC was very quick to respond to my call for servicing. The Tech came the same day to check the AC unit and determine what was needed to bring the unit back to full operation. The service Tech, Hunter was very polite, patient and answered all my questions. I also had Hunter check the AC on another house and the tenant was very happy with how Hunter handled her questions. He also provide me with a full explanation on both units. I will call Popis Heating & AC the next time!

Hunter was on point! I called him Saturday morning and by 7pm that night we had air finally! Very professional and prompt, didn't beat around the bush with the issue and how to fix it! 100% recommend.

Called after my power went out and they informed me how to reset the breaker.. very kind and helpful people!
