I contacted this plumbing service on Saturday and was able to schedule a prompt Sunday appointment. Patrick arrived on time with all the necessary plumbing supplies and completed the outdoor pipe repair efficiently and professionally. Out of five local plumbing companies, this was by far the most affordable quote. Patrick clearly explained each step of the process and demonstrated exceptional customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, timely, and affordable plumbing repairs.

The first tech who had to come was beyond amazing. Generous, compassionate and skilled. The second tech who came was effective and got the job done. The third who came to do the estimate was very pleasant and thorough. Overall, great experience! We had a tech within 20 minutes of our issue occurring and had a resolution within a very short timeframe even though it took 3 people. I would absolutely recommend this service! The first tech being compassionate and generous was the clincher, but getting a resolution to a plumbing problem is of course super important and doing it quickly is equally critical. Their receptionist was also very kind as I was crying when I called and could barely speak.

My call for a plumbing problem was answered quickly. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He evaluated the problem and gave me a quote for the necessary repairs. He completed the replacement of the bathroom sink fixtures and under sink shut-offs... Explained everything to me... Cleaned up the area after his work... Brandon was very pleasant! Nice job! I am so glad your company was able to help me with this emergency and am satisfied with the work that was done.

Pretty much confused here. Asked for an estimate, no mention of a charge me for an estimate but there was one. Offered an "Advantage Plan" at $9.99 a month or $120 a year (did the math to be further confused). Got my proposal also offering the Advantage Plan discount but no option to see the actual cost. Tried on-line and their chat, no Advantage Plan cost I could find including on the proposal.

Couldn't be happier with the work done here. Glen was thorough, friendly, helpful. Explained everything and made recommendations for future care and use. So completely satisfied I called to have my plumbing and disposal installed the same day as the hydroflush was completed. Thank you all for your help at a very stressful time. The staff that came to the house were nice, listened to me and adequately explained the problem to me. They were knowledgeable and were very honest of the price and when the problem became a little more significant explained what they were going to have to do and what the price would be. If anyone needs a good plumbing company this is it. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you for fixing my problem !

I called Mr Rooter Plumbing to install my new Bosch dishwasher. Miles came to look at the dishwasher and told me that I needed to get an outlet put in before he could install the dishwasher. Miles pulled out old dishwasher and took it, he lined up Mr Electric to put in the outlet, then Miles installed the new dishwasher. Miles was very friendly and did a great job.
