I am sure they can't always guarantee same day service, but that is what I got. Tommy knowledgeably walked me through what was going on, without making me feel like an idiot, and he took care of the problems we were having in way less time than I was expecting. I've had a couple of experiences with big plumbing companies where you're stuck waiting for a four-hour window that becomes six, and you end up questioning life choices while you wait a whole day only to receive an astronomical bill. Not here. This was speedy, transparent, and friendly. Highly recommend!"

I had a waterline break in 2 places and blow a cap in another spot. It was all cramped and tucked in hard to reach and work on places but Tommy was thorough and committed to doing the job the right way and not wasting my time or money. He made sure everything was solid and in place and didn't leak anymore. Caulked everything that needed it and left things better than how the guys installed it. Couldn't recommend them and Tommy enough for helping me out in a pinch and getting my water back on quickly

I had a great experience with Mac Wilson plumbing to replace a leaking hot water heater. Donna was pleasant and quickly got me a reasonable quote. Tommy arrived right at the agreed upon time. He was friendly and professional. The install took about an hour and a half. I am satisfied with my experience with Mac Wilson Plumbing.

I had Mac Wilson Plumbing come out to give me a quote to fix the gas pipe for my fire place. Tommy was right on time, said he could fix it right then an there. Within 15 minutes he had the pipe fixed for us. Tommy was very professional and personable. Fair pricing, on time, and fast work! Would certainly recommend and will call again for future plumbing needs.

I had my hot water heater replace by Mac Wilson plumbing. I receive a real deal on a quality hot water heater. Tommy the plumber did a fantastic job.He was very through walking e through the replacement process.He cleaned up everything and left my home in excellent condition. The best part is he was professional, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home! I will be using Mac Wilson plumbing for any and all of our future plumbing needs.

Tommy did a wonderful job for me. I would gladly recommend him for any plumbing job to my work associates and family. I had to run a gasoline into a brick fireplace where one had never existed. Most plumbers that I called were either not licensed or insured .. Or were unwilling to do this work. Tommy called the fireplace vendor , got the specs and requirements for the fireplace insert and did an excellent job.

I had a leaking shower fixture on Sunday and called first thing Monday morning. Donna was so helpful and had a technician out by 1pm. They fixed everything perfectly. Thank you so much for the help

We will also recommend them to family and friends. We had a big job. Not only did they take the time to explain things and provide suggestions along the way, our tall order included: replacing 4 toilets/ 2 faucets/ 1 garbage disposal/1 shower cartridge, installing a new water softening unit, AND scoping out our sewer line.
