Very Satisfied with their work and highly recommend The Plumbing Pro. Yesterday was a difficult day. I got up out of bed at 5:30am with 6 degrees temperatures outside and no running water. I finally called Plumbing Pro they came out quickly and fixed frozen pipes within minutes. They were friendly and knew what questions to ask, and advise to give me at a price that was reasonable. If you’re a homeowner like me, call The Plumbing Pro for your plumbing problems.

Travis came by for our inspection and was very professional and informative. Dispatch was also kind and polite as well as professional, making sure to communicate when Travis was on the way and also to confirm our inspection. We’re are having service done soon and will update further once the repairs are complete. UPDATE: our service was completed (we had a leaking pvc pipe that was also sagging). Travis completed the work quickly and was a professional in his rundown on what was done. I appreciate the work that was done as a happy customer.

Woke up to a busted water heater. Ugh. Called Plumbing Pro at 9am, tech Travis was at my house by 12:15. Problem fixed by 1:15. Their services are priced right. Highly recommended The Pumning Pro and Travis.

Scott with the Plumbing Pros did a fantastic job. He installed two toilets and replaced a leaky shut off valve. Highly recommend.

Scheduling was easy. Communication about arrival was prompt. Scott arrived earlier than planned, cleared out the drain and any mess made in the process, and was thorough making sure my problem was adressed. Scott even provided recommendations for why I had the problem to begin with and how I could perform prevenative maintenance so I would need fewer future call outs. Thank you Plumbing Pros!

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Scott, who came out for an emergency visit. He came out on 2 hours notice and had my shower fixed within minutes. He explained to me the different and cheapest ways he could fix my faucet without trying to upsell me on anything Very friendly, very professional.
