Ace's Drain Cleaning Plus

I needed to have a drain clog cleared so I called Ace's Drain Cleaning. Their workers were courteous and organized. In no time they had my drain running again and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

When the technician came to my home, he got the job done efficiently, he was courteous, and very professional!

My tub/shower faucet was old and wore out . Bought a new one and had ADC install it. Got the appointment scheduled, the technician showed up earlier and immediately got to work removing the old one. Installed the new one in a very tight space without damaging any existing ceramic tiles in the process. Operational testing of all components and zero leaks. Picked up cleaned up area. Very professional work. I will use them again.

Unmatched WORKMANSHIP and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have owned my home here in KCMO for 30 years. It was built in the 60's, so naturally I have plumbing issues from time to time and have called different companies throughout. But, within the past 5 years I have discovered Ace Drain Cleaning Plus and I have not called ANY OTHER COMPANY SINCE! Immediately, I could tell that my business mattered to them during my initial call. The office staff is very pleasant and professional. I find their pricing to be very fair as I have compared them with other companies. Recently, I needed them to eyeball a problem while letting them know that it was NOT urgent. Ace called me shortly after and stated that he was on his way. I told him it could wait until next week...he showed up SHORTLY thereafter. I was blown away by the response!!! They came almost immediately to check out the old water heater. Ace then came very promptly (the doorbell rang the minute he said he’d arrive) and did great work. I feel the work he did was of better quality than the bigger companies, and also a lot more affordable. He (and Jill) were very knowledgeable and friendly. I plan to call them back with any future plumbing issues!

What started out as what we thought was a simple kitchen drain snake turned into needing pipes removed and replaced. Ace's was professional and upfront about everything that they saw, what they needed to do and why. Whenever they advised of a service window they were always at the beginning of the window or early with great communication. They were even patient with me as I worked out an issue with my bank. I will use no other company moving forward.

This is the second time I’ve used Ace’s. I have found a plumber now and I’ll just keep using Ace’s whenever I need one. The technician was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Great service!!!
