Great service and knowledgeable technician. Chris was great with my elderly parents getting their kitchen faucet replaced. He also gave us good advice on how to handle future problems that we may or may not have with the faucet that we install installed. I appreciated his input and feel like we were taken care of today.

Don’t hire them unless you want your house to look like this! Greedy company that doesn’t want to pay to fix what they messed up. We’ve had nothing but issues since getting our sewer line replaced over a year ago. Their bottom line is money, not the customer. Edit to update: it’s been over 4 months since we originally contacted with this problem. A plumber came out and verified on Anthony Plumbing letterhead that they caused our upstairs toilet to leak which ruined both our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Their “insurance” only wants to offer us $3000 to fix both bathrooms. That is a joke! We have received multiple quotes that it would cost at least $10,000 to fix this correctly. Anthony won’t answer any questions/concerns since it’s gone to “insurance” now. Own up and fix what you messed up. You admitted fault and we’ve been living with a ruined house for over a third of a year because of your company. Not to mention I am 4 months pregnant, having to walk downstairs now any time I have to use a toilet. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. Edit again: we have been constantly reaching out to the contact at Sedgwick, who usually ignores our phone calls and emails. Sedgwick has horrible reviews and is not even accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Sedgwick is a third party company whose job is to find the cheapest “resolution” for their clients, in this case Anthony. Over the course of this whole disaster, I have never heard an actual insurance company name mentioned, only Sedgwick and Turnpoint, the latter being the larger owner of Anthony. Once again, the $3000 offered by your contact, Sedgwick, a company not even accredited by the BBB, is not a resolution. Btw, the close up picture of our toilet was just the first of many issues with this company. Their tech (who is also a supervisor) thought that was an appropriate way to set our toilet. The second time they built a concrete pad that our toilet hung over, because they didn’t even think to measure the toilet first. They had to redo the setting 3 times to get it right. And my husband had to help them come up with the idea to create a concrete pad. This company is such a joke.

Brent was so kind and very knowledgeable when it came to rebuilding my outdoor power box. He offered to let my dogs out for me when I had to go back to work and he was waiting on the power company. He also noticed a leak in the basement and took pictures to let me know because I said I wasn’t aware we had a leak. This is top notch customer service, thank you so much!

I throughly enjoyed having Cory and his counter part I apologize for not remembering your name. You guys did an awesome job installing my complete ac and furnace. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable on not only their job but also on the equipment they were installing. They answered all the questions I had and I am a customer service guy and their customer service was hands down 100%. Guys keep up the good work and I appreciate all your hard work.

We had our electric/circuit box replaced and the service we received was excellent! We had two technicians (identical twins!) that were polite, professional and kind. They kept us updated on their work throughout the day (it was an all day appointment). They had all the needed people ready to come in for inspection and turning our electricity back on. Great experience with Isaac and his brother, Anthony Heating and Plumbing does a great job hiring the best!

Jesus and Ramon performed outstanding work installing our replacement heat pump and furnace. Jesus reviewed the installation process with me prior to starting work and kept me updated throughout the day. They had all the materials needed to complete the installation without interruption.

Derrick was professional and courteous. He was able to install four stop valves and hook back up my faucets. I am extremely happy with his work and glad my water is back online. I usually don't write reviews but he deserves praise and I highly recommend Anthony plumbing. I am a first time customer and I will definately use them again in the future.

Peyton was awesome as was Richard. They both provided excellent explanation and info on what they were doing. Awesome job guys. I also wanted to share that Logan, Garret,and David were also very awesome they explained every thing they did and how and answered all my questions . Anthony should be very proud of the employees they have, and I will definitely be contacting them again for any future repairs
