Plumb Tek LLC is absolutely the people you need! Zach and his team was quick, diligent and very informative for my specific need. They showed up on time, they respect your property and your things and most importantly, they ensure that you are AWARE of everything you need to know. From Zach showing me and explaining everything to me, I knew I was great hands! I highly recommend Plumb Tek for your home and plumbing needs! They are fantastic and even greater people! My handyman referred me to Zachary at Plumb~Tech LLC as I had such terrible experiences with local plumbers in the past. Zachary came out to fix my tub faucet related problem, but the issue was more involved. He and Thomas arrived on time, were professional and polite. They had to leave to get additional parts but the job was completed that same day. They were so great, I asked them to fix an additional problem in my master bath. Thomas came out 2 days later, again on time, polite and professional. Thomas did a great job on my additional project. Since a hole had to be cut in the drywall, I was thankful Zachary was able to provide a recommendation for a drywall repair person. Would recommend!

I called Plumb Tek LLC on a Saturday expecting to not get a response or service same day. To my pleasant surprise, Zachary reached back within a short time to get details of what was being needed. He scheduled someone to come over same day. Craig came over same day and he got to work. I can tell he had a ton of experience for the exceptional work ethic and how pleasant he is. This was indeed a tough plumbing job but Craig neither complained nor gave any excuses and got the job done despite the difficult talks. I can tell you he went above and beyond and now I have found my go to place/people for my home’s plumbing need. If you ever need an experienced, pleasant and reliable plumbing company / technician, don’t hesitate to give them a call. I know I will call them when needed! Thank you! A happy customer!

Once the plumber arrived, after two cancellations, he was efficient and cordial. He completed his work within 30 minutes. The finished work, to my eyes, lacked a little bit of esthetic finish but more importantly it hasn't leaked.

Zachary was great and super fast getting out to look at my kitchen sink to clear out the drain. Super appreciate him going through showing and explaining what he was doing and why. I cannot thank you enough especially coming on the holiday weekend. super reasonable. would call again if we have issues.

Zachary does an amazing job. As a contractor, I use him for all my plumbing needs. Most recently a frozen pipe situation where his team came out and found all the leaks and got them all fixed within the hour. Highly recommend.

Came out to thaw my pipes. They worked quickly, thoroughly, and were very respectful. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. I would most definitely use them again and recommend them.

Five stars for the best plumbing company in the Kansas City Metro! Answer my call at 8 PM when my bathroom started to flood. Directed me to shut the water off and was trying to walk me through some other steps. Decided it’s best he comes out and checks it out which she did get me an appointment first thing in the morning, which I thought was pretty impressive. They put booties on when they came to my house which really made me like them because not all people think that way. Very well, mannered, men dressed professional, found the problem and came up with a solution quickly. Appreciate small business’s like this and I highly recommend using this company for your needs. I will totally be calling them going forward! 10/10 :)
