Williams Plumbing Sewer-Drain

Came out to my house gave verbal quote for work. They never put it in writing now less than 7 days later they state they don't have time available to do said work. Funny that, I suspect they bid too low and do t want to back up a verbal quote. No integrity, no honor. BTW it was a 15 thousand dollar job. I won't use them in the future, nor would I recommend. I'll pay more with a different company that at least stands behind their word.

I have been having problems with my kitchen sink backing up .It had given me problems in the past several months .I had a couple other companies come out and run the snake down the drain to clear it and each time their snake came back with mud on it so It stood to reason i had a break under my basement floor.Well enough was enough .So i called WIlliams Plumbling to come out and told them my issue .they said the could be out the next morning and repair it within about 3 hours.They were prompt with the appointment I had set and got to it right away,Sure enough a part of the cast under the basement had rotted away they cut it out and put pvc from my sink to where they had cut out ,They were done in about 2 1/2 hours. Very friendly and showed me what they had found and the old cast pipe they had to cut out ,I would not hesitate to call them for any of my plumbing needs in the future

Had them replace the main water line from city to the house several years ago. Best price in town and they did great work. Years later no issues with their work. Wouldn't hesitate to contact then again.

We had an appointment at 9am Thursday. When I hadn't heard from him at 9:30 I called him and he said he would be out around 12:30. At 1:40 he called to say he would be another hour. When he finally showed up he did a best guess repair and charged $139. He didn't fix our leak. Called him to come back Saturday at 8 to try again. Saturday after 10 we called and left him a voicemail to just forget it. What a waste. He didnt have time to answer our call or show up to fix our problem but sure as hell had plenty of time to cash our $139 check from Thursday. I feel he screwed us out of our $139 on Thursday. Use at your own risk and only if you have hard earned money to blow and get nothing in return.

These folks, father and two sons, replaced a home floor drain in our basement, it was a big job, breaking up old concrete, digging out dirt, replacing the very old rotten drain, and replacing the concrete. The work was top notch, reasonably priced. It’s as though we have a new basement. I really appreciate their friendliness and professionalism, I highly recommend these folks, cannot say enough good things!

Oh my, what a great company. I have an amazing grandson that loves to flush dinosaurs down the toilet(trying to make them extinct again?) They have had a plumber out 3 times with the toilet replaced 500.00. The last Plummer (BH) charged $300 and didn’t fix it. Stated 1000.00 for a new toilet and 500 to check outside line. . I called Williams because the ad on tv looked like good people. They came over that day and fixed the problem. They are good, fair, hardworking, caring people. Thank-you so much.

The hardest working man in the business! We had a sewer problem that he helped us with from beginning to end. He is the only honest plumber I know and I would recommend him to anyone. He does not overcharge for his services. We will always use Williams Plumbing for any future issues. Very happy customers!

Clogged kitchen sink they came out cut the main drain pipe in the basement then said it would be 700$ to repair the problem asked to reattach the pipe so we could get a second quote and was told you cant reconnect a cut pipe. Would have been professional to give a quote before starting the work instead of tricking someone into paying 0/10 would not use again
