Sam is a very personable man who clearly loves and knows his work. He did an excellent job for us, even though it took him into the evening hours to complete the job. He spent a good amount of time explaining what he would be doing each step of the way and followed up by showing the work he had done. On top of it all, the job was reasonably priced. We couldn’t be happier.

I have called Dick Ray Plumbing a few times now and they are always professional and willing to work around my schedule. Sam was thorough with his inspection of the issue, understood what work was needed and did a great job. Very much recommend these guys.

We had Eric come out to check on a gas line to our stove and found that there was a valve turned off. While Eric was at the home, we had him also check the water pressure and a possible leak in the shower. He did a thorough inspection of both. Found we had high water pressure coming into the home and the shower handle needed a rebuild. He provided a thorough explanation of what was needed and provided a few options. Very friendly and great to work with. We will be using Dick Ray and recommending Eric for any repairs and for other projects.
