I had JE Redington replace an expansion tank on my hot water heater. The tech, Henry, was professional and did good work. When I first got the invoice, I had to contact them as some of the items didn't seem right. Fortunately, they were willing to work with me to resolve the issue.

DISRESPECTFUL to me. I live in a condo and just had a leak repaired by another plumbing company a week ago. Two J E Redington plumbers just came to my door as they are inspecting multiple leaks in the building. They said they wanted to come in my unit as they said leak is from my unit. I proceeded to tell them that I had repairs just done.. and tried to ask them some questions about what they were seeing in unit below. As I was going to call my licensed plumbers that were just here last week to repair my line. They would not give me a straight answer. The two of them kept cutting me off when I was talking. Then they walked away, both of them shouting at me and then banged on the door in the unit below and said I was extremely volatile because I would not let them in my unit. They were so loud I could hear what they were saying to my neighbors They were rude and unprofessional. JE Redington plumbers clearly do not understand that allowing them to start messing with the work I had done could cause my guarantee to be null and void! All they needed to do was answer my questions so I could inform my licensed plumbers what they saw in the unit below and have my plumbers look at my unit. I have never been so disrespected and talked to in that way by any contractors in my life. They don't even deserve one star.
