My hot water heater was 37 years old and every time I used hot water, I imagined all the bacteria coming from the tank. I called Kirkwood Plumbing and they sent someone out that afternoon to give me an estimate. Dustin was great and explained what and why certain things needed to be accomplished. A couple days later, he installed a new hot water heater and completed some other repairs. Also, the lady who answered the phone was upbeat and helpful. I recommend Kirkwood Plumbing and I’ll be a returning customer.

This company was pretty nice. They set up an appointment same day, then texted me a picture of the guy (Pat) who was coming, and then when he got here he quickly evaluated the situation with my water heater. He made a few quick fixes then told me what to look out for when deciding whether to replace it or not, as my tank is nearing ending of life. Will use again.

They scheduled me promptly and Trevor showed up on time. He was polite, professional, and very good at his job. Replaced some old galvanized supply pipes that were clogged and replaced a cartridge in shower. All faucets are good water pressure once again. They even gave me a discount. Thank you!

Dustin was fantastic! Polite, friendly, and above all else- knowledgeable. He was answering all sorts of questions we had, giving suggestions beyond what his company can provide & using his construction background to provide possible solutions. Dustin went above and beyond what he was called out to. He was quick, efficient & the work (not that I’m a plumber lol) seemed incredibly high quality. Our technician was John. He did a fantastic job. The job took longer than he anticipated because some of our faucets were very old. But he worked hard and gone every thing done. We are extremely pleased with the service John provided. Highly recommend them.

Lucky for me I ended up not needing plumbing repair, the only problem was the shower surround needed caulking. I was not charged a service visit. Hopefully I will not have to need plumbing work anytime soon, but if I do, this is who I will call! Both employees were very nice and professional.

Nate from Mr. Rooter/ Kirkwood Plumbing was great. He had my bathroom drain working perfectly in a few minutes! Believe me, I am totally grateful.

Kirkwood Plumbing was responsive, professional, and very helpful. When my neighborhood had a sewer backup they helped arrange others with emergency response cleanup. Nate was great to work with.
