The best there is with knowledge, customer service, care and timing! I say they have been lifesavers in the winter and summer for my household! I panicked when a client discovered a slight leak in their water heater on Memorial Friday, heading into a long weekend. The sellers called two companies in Kansas City, but neither responded. I immediately called Quality Plumbing-and reached a real person. Despite my concerns about the property being near Liberty, MO, I learned QP has a satellite office there. They had someone out and the issue fixed before one of the other companies even called my clients back.
