Needed the gas control valve assembly replaced on my AO Smith water heater. I had a warranty replacement unit already. About 3 weeks later the replacement unit stopped working. They came back out on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. I ordered a replacement gas control valve, under warranty. It arrived on the Wednesday after Labor Day. I hope this one lasts longer than the first replacement did. Corey was excellent in manner and knowledge. Harley was great as well, as Corey wasn't available.

Ray came same day, we called fixed the issue under an hour. Excellent experience definitely recommend using them.

I call early today for service. Not the technician arrive a head of time. He solve my problem. He was courteous, friendly and above all carefully clean taking precision with social distancing. Definitely will be calling back if I need the service. In regard to price it was affordable and honest at the time to give a summary of the work he did.

Dave saved my world today, after discovering a leak, I called him out to my house. He quickly investigated and pin pointed the problem. Then thoroughly checked other potential problems to ensure he’d given me correct information. He offered to fix it, however being tight on funds, I told him I would, he was respectful charged me for the diagnosis. I will definitely call him back for future issues.

Best plumbing company in our area! The first time I called was a few years ago when we had a pipe burst and flooded our house while we were at work. I called several places in Springfield and every company was booked out a week. I called plumb-rite and they got me in the next day. Last week we had a pipe freeze and break at our business. I called several plumbers in Springfield. Once again everyone was 1-2 weeks booked out. I called plumb-rite and they squeezed us in that night so we could have running water to operate our business the next day on Christmas Eve. I am so grateful for this company! Every time I called the staff was sympathetic. Both times the technicians we're knowledgeable and professional. The prices are reasonable. From this point on, I will call Plumb-rite for all my plumbing needs.

1. Worked with me to obtain the faucet I wanted, and installed for me. Worked with me (removed the old faucet while I went and got the new faucet.) saved me time and money. 2. Worked with manufacturer to install a garbage disposal that was manufacturer supplied. The manufacturer was quite disorganized, but Plumb-Rite worked with them on my behalf. 3. Found a freon leak that had required repeated recharging of a heat pump system for several years, that other service organizations could not locate. In all three cases, the servicemen were professional, friendly, prompt and thorough. They took ownership of the situation and wanted to solve the problem. These guys are really good, try them, you wont be dissapointed.
