Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup

Patrick L came to the rescue when our drains clogged and were leaking late on a Saturday night. He was so kind and fixed everything as well as explained how to make it not happen again! Thank you so much Patrick L !

I Had Roto-Rooter come out to look at some strange plumbing issues we were having at our new home. Our technician, Robert, assessed everything and ran a number of tests. He was honest with me and told me he couldn't find any issues. If anything else arises we will definitely be calling them back. Hard to find honest contractors and these guys are one of them!

I was very pleased with the service we received. We needed to replace our water softener. They came and did an evaluation with comparisons for repair and new. We opted for new based on the age of the current softener. They came back the next day and did the installation. Cody and Adam answered all my questions and if they weren't sure, they checked and answered me within minutes. The day of the installation was smooth, only taking a couple of hours. Full explanations and recommendations were given. They cleaned up the area when finished. Overall a great experience! They were friendly, competent and even gave us a senior discount!

We had a wonderful experience today with Lucas. We have had a clogged up kitchen drain that was pretty awful and he promptly took care of the issue. He was a very friendly gentleman and was awesome with the kids! It ended up being cheaper than we had anticipated. We will definitely be giving them a call again for any services in the future!

I needed an outside hydrant fixed, I called another plumber from a referral and he has yet to show up, (2 and a half weeks later). Roto- Rooter came out the same day I called, analyzed the situation and set up a time to come back at my convenience. The problem I had is now fixed, excellent attitude and professionalism by Will. I now know who to call when I have a problem, I won't waste time with the other guys!

All I can say is that Adam and Lucas are top-notch guys! Very professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. They were on the job 4 hours before scheduled and went to work immediately. They quickly diagnosed the problem, provided me with the most efficient, and cost effective solution to solve the problem. Adam and Lucas even went the extra step to use a camera on my plumbing to show and explain what the issue was; talk about a piece of mind! I had no idea that Roto-Rooter was a full service plumbing company but they are! These guys took care of everything. I will definitely be calling them again when any plumbing issues arise in the future and asking specifically for these two. Thank you guys very much! (Note: Adam is afraid of snakes. If you own one, hide it! When he finally noticed what was in the cage… he literally ran out of the room so fast he lost his hat! lol :) )

I came home Friday evening excited for the weekend, except my wife greeted me with a half-hearted smile. Well she proceeds to show me the kitchen sink backed up. No biggie, I'll just snake it out and go on with my weekend. I'm no expert, but I've had plenty of experience with clogged pipes. Well, a 25 ft snake, a 50 foot rental sewer auger, and a wasted saturday and I still couldn't get it unclogged. So I call a number that I thought was another place, but turned out to be Roto-Rooter and boy was I glad I did. Will Grubbs was outstanding. He came in assessed the situation, crawled under the house to make sure the layout I told him was correct. He laid out a couple of options and up-front pricing, which was reasonable and didn't push any one or the other, I told him what I wanted and he got to work. He was very respectful, and made sure everything was covered before he started. Took him around 10 minutes of course and was done. We went to the clean-out outside and made sure everything was flowing smooth and it was. I normally don't write reviews, but my experience was so good I wanted to leave a few words. They weren't able to come out until Sunday morning, but I was okay with that as they were busy. The dispatcher called me exactly as she said they would and verified their appointment and phoned again to let me know Will was on his way. The lady at the call center was extremely friendly and professional as well. For a Sunday call-out, I was expecting a couple hundred dollars, but with a discount it cost me around $145.00. I normally don't do franchise type services, but if I find myself in need again, I will be calling them intentionally this time and will ask specifically for Will. Drake was our technician. He was extremely professional and also provided us with some helpful tips. We will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing issues.
