Brandon came out to service a clogged sewer and we were very impressed with his punctuality and professionalism. He took the time to patiently explain the problem and the solution and to review strategies for preventing a repeat issue. He was kind and genuinely enjoyed helping us understand how everything worked. He was very upfront about expected costs and gave us a rough estimate of what followup work would help a very old system but we never felt pressured or backed into a corner to invest in more work. Would definitely recommend United Plumbing and especially Brandon!

Extremely professional from the tentative estimate to the installation. Gilbert from United came in and gave a detailed inspection to write the estimate. He also performed the installation and I have never seen such a professional setup until now and it's in my home. They also had their competitors beat between $100-150. Will use again for my future plumbing needs.

I called in for a leaking booster pump. Remington was assigned to my call and gave me a call on his way out to get a better understanding of the problem before he got to my house. When he arrived he had a pretty good idea of what was going on without ever seeing my house. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and had a solution lined out in minutes. He was incredibly polite and very efficient. He was very knowledgeable and very good at making the issue easy to understand for a homeowner who knows nothing about plumbing. I would highly recommend United for any plumbing needs and especially recommend Remington. Thank you!

We had a tall toilet installed by another company a year ago and it always leaked. They came back 4 times to repair it and made it worse each time-it actually rocked back and forth. We decided to have a new one installed by United and Blake did an outstanding job! Showed us that the previous one was cracked from being bolted down too tight so he went to the supply company and picked up a new one and got it installed CORRECTLY and could not have been more professional. We highly recommend them!

Absolutely I would recommend! After Rotor Reuters decided they were short on guys and blamed me for them not to be able to show at the time of our appointment I called United Plumbing they literally were at my house and had the problem fixed with in 2 hrs and literally half the price of Rotor Reuters! This local family owned business has my business as well as my rentals look forward to continued business yall are fantastic 10/10

This was my second time using United plumbing. Once a few years ago and they were amazing then, as they were today! Hector was not only super friendly down to earth, he walked me through everything and saved me money! I thought a whole new shower valve would be needed, nope! Just a cartridge replacement! It’s a company you can just tell they are being honest and looking out for what’s best for their customers.

United Plumbing is awesome. I called in the morning and Dalton showed up that afternoon shortly after lunch and took care of me. He was professional, nice, knowledgeable, and even friendly to our dogs. It was an all around great experience.

United is on it. Fair. And reliable. We have had some mishaps and they came through like champs!
