Highly highly recommend Shamrock Sewer & Drain. I'm based in St. Louis City and was referred to them by a friend who had nothing but good things to say after walking downstairs and seeing a horrible brow pond in the basement (gag). They came out promptly the next day and resolved the issue quickly (even with the ice covered roads and back yard). They were very fairly priced (even with the travel since they're based in the county), and also very honest about what could have caused the issue and what I could do (uncover the outside vent when the ground is no longer frozen). I will absolutely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Office personnel very friendly and were prompt calling me back. There was a slight issue with initial understanding of problem with septic but agreed to next day service. Service man extremely nice and completed fixing problem and within 1 hour.
