We’ve called on Two Pillars on two occasions now; once was an emergency ceiling leak and the other was a mix of smaller plumbing repairs. Both times they showed up when they said they would and offered what felt like a transparent and fair estimate. Easy to communicate with, clean work. Highly recommend them and we’re grateful to have a local plumber to lean on. Edit to add—they’re knowledgeable about old homes as well.

This is who we will always call from now on. On the initial service call for our water heater, he told us it might need a new sensor, but he suggested that he try relighting the pilot and see if it stayed lit. It did, for four days. When he returned to replace the sensor, he deducted the cost of the initial service call from the cost if the repair.

Michael Murphy just came out to my little Waldo home and was awesome! He walked me through options and FINALLY after dealing with warranty companies for 2 years gave me some hope for my plumbing issues. Thank you so much Michael and Two Pillars!

We had five plumbing projects to be done at our house and had Two Pillars Plumbing recommended. Michael Murphy from Two Pillars came out, reviewed the various issues and immediately knew what needed to be done. He gave us a quote for the work, which we considered reasonable. They did the work, explaining why they were doing what they did and using quality materials. They stayed until 8:30 that evening, in order to get it all done right. We are very pleased and will definitely use them again. Also, Tamra (their office admin) was very nice to work with.

First time using Two Pillars - they were highly praised on the Waldo Neighborhood facebook page. They were truly nice people who were on time and did a quick efficient job with the two projects we had. Pricing was very reasonable. We will call them again for future projects.

Two Pillars is a fantastic company. We needed a new sewer line from the house to the street as well as the whole line under the house. Two Pillars came in and got creative as to how to fix the problem and keep the cost down. They ended up rerouting the entire line and did a phenomenal job. Murray is so kind and explains everything to make sure you know what is going on. His crew is also great to work with. They did a great job maintaining the mess and also were able to put the dirt back and besides not having grass, you couldn’t tell the whole yard was just torn up. I would absolutely use them again.

It’s unfortunate that I had the bad experience despite the many good reviews here. It’s very confusing to me. Yesterday, I had two plumbers come out to work on plumbing since my pipes froze. When they found out my home had a crawl space and not a basement, they said they couldn’t do the work because they didn’t have the tools needed to thaw out the frozen pipes in the crawl space. They were to come back today. I also gave them a key to my home to perform the work since I’m on a business trip. I called today for an ETA and the lady on the phone said that the plumbers came yesterday for a service call. They in fact came yesterday to perform the work and not for an estimate. She then told me the landlord never got back to her to approve the work. If that was the case, they shouldn’t have came yesterday then. They shouldn’t have said that they can’t do the work because they didn’t have the tools needed. I’m confident to assume they didn’t ask if my home had a basement or crawl space. Then, they lady accused me of being mad at her because of the situation. She then said they are a respected company with a license in MO to perform work, basically indicating that I should show respect and they could do no wrong. The lady on the phone was very rude and felt offended because I called out the negligence of the team and business. She blamed my landlord for not communicating when my landlord has been keeping up to date as the plumbers provided updates to her. She was the middle woman. However long they been in business and how many good reviews they have doesn’t show in my case. I’ve been courteous and respectful to the lady on the phone. If she feels otherwise, that’s on her. I’ve been without running water since last Saturday. I have no time to write these reviews unless I absolutely have to send there’s no point in lying. If they want to reply to pin the blame back on the landlord or me, that’s fine. I don’t have time to lie. I strongly am against that as I’m a state employee for MO. I hope nobody else has to go through this experience.

Two Pillars Plumbing is the best company to have to fix your plumbing issues. This is my third time using them. They are always on time, friendly staff, and get the job completed. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. Hopefully, I will not have any more plumbing issues to arise, but if I do, I definitely will be giving them a call.
