Clear Water Plumbing Co

We had a Faucet that needed replaced, and the first plumber that came out said it was going to be $700. We had Darrell from Clearwater Plumbing come out and replace it for half that price. They were quick, courteous and very thorough. I recommend them to all of my friends.

They were recommended to me. Called & left a message with a woman. Gave them 2 or 3 days to respond. They didn't. Called back & got the owner who was making the schedule. He said he would call back in 15 minutes........still hasn't called. I moved on & will never call again. They deserve less than 1 star.

The guy answering the phone was very nice and professional. I had a leak under the shut off valve so I couldn't turn it off. It was spraying water under my kitchen sink and pouring out onto my floor. I explained the situation and even though it was a last minute call, he had a guy out to my location within the hour. Our plumber was also very nice, professional and informative as to exactly what the cause of our problem was. Will definitely be using these guys in the future!

Called for help with a leak. After briefly looking at the issue and finding it was something different than he originally thought, the tech spent about 20 minutes sat on the back of his truck calling people and mumbling that he'd never seen anything like this before and he didn't know what to do. I had to leave and pick up my son from school and when I get back the tech was gone. He didn't call to report anything but I received a bill in the mail a few weeks later for labor and repairs. He told the water extraction person at the house that this was a legal issue for our builder and left to call him but didn't notify us of anything despite having my number. I'd use another company as their priority isn't their customers but the relationships they have with builders and making money

We called them to fix the leak between the well and the house. David was very responsive and got out quickly to figure out the problem. He found a solution and was quick to come back out and fix the problem. They had to dig up a lot of our yard, but took the time to even it all back out and made it look good! We will definitely keep their number handy if we need them again. Thanks clearwater plumbing!

The first time we have used this business.From the initial call to the office to the install there was excellent service. The lady in the office that took my call was super nice and willing to help. The technician did excellent work. Would recommend them without a doubt!

Called on a Saturday looking for parts...They don't sell parts, only install, but David still offered to sell me something off their truck to help me out of a bind. Also offered to help walk me through my leaking sink fix. Next time I need plumbing help, I'm calling David!
