Jeff was very polite when dealing with my eldery mother. Sadly another tech Juan came out next day to do repairs again. Then the next day Blake came. Very confident, but declined to listen to what I was trying to say about previous visits, He also made comment "ill walk out right now" And also failed. There is another tech coming tomorrow. This is about 7 tries to get her heat working. Over $5000 and she is without heat currently. They are going to come tomorrow. I have been trying to reach out to owner without much help from them. Kayleb has been very helpful in this whole situation. Props to him for understanding my frustrations. This is what was left in pictures and bill was paid and account closed. Now they are on schedule to complete, after i had to drive there over 500 miles to let them know its not done. But been about 2 months dealing with this. There were more things but 3rd visit they fix others.

This review is only for the free quote visit. I got amazing communication leading up to, during, and after the appointment. Taylor was professional and friendly. I got educated, which is a great experience in my book. He offered to fix our current water heater and succeeded in very little time, which has given us the time we need to make a considerate decision moving forward. He made sure to talk through all the options with me while in person and then was directly available for questions via text after he left. One of the best free experiences in the Springfield area.

The guys did a great job putting in my new AC unit, furnace, hot water heater, new insulation and installing new thermostat. Yep had it all done! And in one day! Amazing service and Caleb waited til I got home to walk me thru the new thermostat. I would highly recommend Air Services

9/21/24 Updating our review from 4 months ago. - This is now our second experience with Air Services. We could not be more pleased. This time they came out to check our air conditioning that had stopped cooling. Our service technician, Blake, was exceptionally knowledgeable and personable, he stayed late to finish the job, and thoroughly explained everything that was going on with our system. We have a lot of house to cool and it has cooled down from 81° at 7 PM last night to 72° at 8 AM this morning, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Air Services had a technician out here in less than 24 hours from the time of my call, and they didn’t charge exorbitant fees. Their rates are very fair, and our membership that we signed up for last time got us a discount for this repair. If I could give six stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our first time using Air Services. I wanted three outdoor lights replaced, my hanging porch lantern and both of my garage sconces. Kaleb came out on Wednesday afternoon, did an evaluation, and then thoroughly described the quote and the process for the replacements. He also gave me a quote for my backyard lights, which I plan to have done next. He came out today to do the front light replacements (they got me on the schedule just two days after my initial quote). Kaleb did a fantastic job, he was on time to the appointment and he was finished in an hour. My husband and I decided to sign up for their yearly membership program which we’re thrilled about because now we’ll get routing maintenance on our HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, as well as priority scheduling and 10% off repairs! Five starts, for sure. If I could give more I would!

Was not able to fix my AC 😞 No fault of Zack the technician. He went above and beyond. Set an appointment for Monday to look at a new system. Got the new system the team was amazing Joel got the electric done things are working better now. Amazing experience. Update one year later a blower motor went out. They came out checked it out and ordered the parts. We waited 2 weeks then had to call them to get an update. Part still on back order. Took several calls and another week without heat. They finally came out and changed the blower type to get it working temporarily tell the parts come in. The work was done well. I just wish the communication was better this time around.

The city is requiring homeowners to self report the composition of water lines feeding their homes. I contacted Air Services because I wanted a professional inspection. They sent a plumber to inspect the line, at which time I was advised I had lead pipe feeding water into my home from the meter. It startled me, so I immediately scheduled an appointment for them to replace the line all together. They came and made a mess of my driveway and damaged a structural footing where they tunneled under the house. When I confronted the manager, Creed, he vehemently denied they could have or would have damaged the footing. In addition, when I asked him to verify the type of pipe they pulled out, he admitted it was not lead, but rather galvanized steel. I was very upset and told him the only reason they were there that day is because they told me I had a lead water line. He responded indicating galvanized pipe does have lead particles in it. That is not what the plumber that inspected the line told me. I am extremely upset and disappointed. Now, I have to address the issue of compromised structural integrity of my home. Particularly since they did not backfill under the house, which was made clear after it rained and the section of the trench there began to collapse. I do not have any idea what my bill is going to look like because the initial inspector clearly did not know what they were doing and I’m sure the estimate they gave is not correct. All of that when they should never have been there in the first place.

Service was scheduled promptly and I was kept informed of when I could expect the technician to arrive. When Layton arrived he went to work and had the leaking pipe repaired quickly. He was a real professional and I recommend him highly. The best communication I've experienced with a service company.

Mitchell Gibson the service tech showed up to do my annual AC check maintenance. Was super nice, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even wore shoe covers when entering my house. Highly recommend company!
