Used them twice. Once to install a whole home water filtration system. I was pleased with that service. So when I needed to have my sewer lines located for a foundation repair, I called Ben again. I was pleased with all the technicians I've had out. Very professional and the cost seemed reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Chase did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and quick completing the removal of our old toilet and replacing the brand new one. Had a clogged up toilet, called a couple of places and Ben Franklin were most reasonable on service call pricing ($59.00) and after snaking the clog he even got me a 10% senior discount off of the actual bill. Chase and his helper were very nice gentleman. Would recommend their services to anyone. RS

Very respectful in our home. Very knowledgeable about the water heater and our plumbing questions. Very efficient in flushing the water heater and doing our yearly inspection. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems and would have him back in the future.
