Once again the H-VAC team did a great job. Recently they replaced my worn out furnace with an energy star furnace. That went so well we had them back to remove 2 water heaters and install a new tankless water heater. Again the team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them for any of these type of services.

We have had H-VAC do our spring and fall service for over 15 years. They are always on time and very thorough. Torrence is one of the best service people by far we have had from any service company!!! They always give us the good news and the never sugar coat the bad news!!!! We recommend H-VAC hands down over any other company. Excellent Company and they know how to communicate if they will be late!!!

I called on a Sunday noon and tentatively scheduled an appointment for Monday 12-2pm. That was kept and David diagnosed the 'infusing' blower as being defective. He gave me the price for the replacement and then he drove to the supply company and picked up a new one. With about a total of two hours he was all done. It feels again about 70 degrees in the house and we are getting ready for another upcoming winter storm.

We had their service contract for multiple years. I believed they where doing a good job until I had to question why the unit was leaking and had rust. They where checking it about 2 times a years. I feel like they weren't paying attention. So we had it repaired by another company and cuts ties with them. Look into someone who pays attention.

Easily best company in town! πŸ’― When my furnace stopped working they were able to come the day I called. Told me exactly my options. I made my choice and they got it done. The gas line was acting strange so after finishing they told me to call city utilities. Sure enough there was a problem in City Utilities end. After they fixed it H&CP came back to check their work with no extra cost to me. That is their level of of their work. I don’t write many google reviews but they deserve the 5 stars.

My work uses them and they've always been great. Recently had a need to use them at my home and, no surprise, great there too! They’re fast, reasonable priced, reliable, and always nice people. There a so few decent hvac/plumbers, it’s nice to have a good option!

I've know frank for many years. I have always used H-Vac for my heating and air conditioning needs. They always figure out how to fit me in the schedule in an emergency and are always on time, professional, polite, and very thorough with their work. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. H-Vac will take care of you and get the job done right! I'd give more stars but they only give me 5 to click!

They came out to work on my old furnace but it wasn't fixed the first time. I had to call them back a week later. The guy on the second visit fixed the issue that the first guy should have fixed. I paid for the first visit in whole. I reached out to discuss a resolution with the bill for the second visit as I feel that I shouldn't have been charged for the recall since it wasn't fixed the first time. I'm thinking at the least cut the bill in half. When I called I spoke with a nice lady who said she would call me back. Instead of her calling me back Torrence called me, which happened to be the tech that came out the first time. He wanted to argue with me over the work job he did. He started the call with "I hear you have a problem with me?" I explained I wanted to speak with a manager but he continued to argue with me. I asked to speak with the service manager again and he claimed he was the service manager. Which I find hard to believe based on the way he spoke to me and also because the tech who came out the second time said he was a lead tech. Really strange and if he is the service manager why is he running service calls. I went on to ask if I could speak with whoever he reports to, like a director or the owner. He said the owner is hard to get a hold of because he is mostly retired. He said he would leave him a note to call me but he isn't in often, leading me to think he isn't going to get the message. It's been a little over a week since we spoke and I'm still waiting for a call from his manager/owner of the company or someone who wants to talk with me about the invoice.
