We've used Junior's Plumbing three times now, and every time the service was excellent, including an emergency 6:30 am visit to add a shutoff valve for the ice maker water supply line so we could move the fridge and get our kitchen floor refinished. Every time, the person who comes out is friendly and knowledgeable, and their work product is outstanding. Best of all, they give good advice - twice I've asked about services others have recommended, and been told "you don't need that and here's why..." Honest, timely, friendly and top rate work product. Junior is our plumber and I'm happy we found him!

I had a great experience with Junior’s Plumbing. They replaced my leaking water heater within two days. They also got me in compliance with the codes with the proper shut off valves. The price was fair and the workmanship was first rate. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the very near future.

Had them come out to tell me that my hot water heater needed replaced which I knew, but they would be willing to do it for $1600.00 plus and it was beneath them to use a non american made water heater. Charged me $100.00 service call for 5 minutes in my house, but they gave me a pen.... $100.00 pen... called local company and they did it for $275.00 install with $500.00 water heater I purchased myself. Will never recommend this company to anyone unless you want the most expensive pen in the world. They are a joke.

My husband Dave and I needed a plumber ASAP today due to a problem with our hot water heater! My husband found Jr's Plumbing out of Springfield on Google. They definitely lived up to their 5 star rating! They were here within an hour of our calling, evaluated our problem with the hot water heater, told us our options. Fix the 1 heating element that was burned out or replace the water heater due to it's age and it was developing other issues with calcium.He quoted us a price for both options and they were both very fair. We decided to replace the water heater and Junior's Plumbing called and had 1 delivered to our house which is in rural Greene county! The new model was delivered very shortly and Junior's Plumbing, and his assistant Jonathan had our old one out and the new one installed and wired in very quickly! They were both polite, professional, knowledgeable and very experienced! The whole experience only took about 2 hours from start to finish! Our total cost was $ 1900 for the installation and wiring it up and our water heater was in a difficult location to access! We needed a specific size due to its location in the house and that we live in a mobile home! We feel like they provided great service for a fair price and will definitely call Junior's Plumbing if we need a plumber again!

Absolutely great service!! Junior is professional and fast. We had a leaking faucet. We called a couple of places and Junior’s had the best price. What I really liked was his patience with us when he had to teach us how to operate our new faucet. We hadn’t used the new technology before and he took the time to kindly demonstrate and walk us through using it as first timers. And now we have a beautiful new faucet and no leaks!!

We had several issues that needed taken care of, a new outside faucet, new washer cutoffs, new cutoffs under a sink, etc. Junior’s is very professional and fast. They are knowledgeable and we will use them again. We are very pleased with the work.

Very easy to deal with. Showed up on time, efficiently and effortlessly installed our new gas hot water heater. They did this on New Year's Eve at a very reasonable price. So glad my husband didn't listen to me and go to Lowe's. Will use this company in the future. Thanks a Million!

These guys are awesome! They beat the competition in price, knowledge, and time. We needed to replace the water heater and install a pressure release valve. More work was needed to fit the new water heater and they got right to it. They also bolted the exhaust vent. This was never done and is a huge safety concern. Junior's literally saved our lives. Our go to company moving forward and we'll be calling Junior's when we're ready for a water softener install.
