We researched online and chose this company. They had excellent reviews, so we took a chance. We're glad we did! The administrative staff was very friendly, took the time to answer any concerns we had and made us feel secure. Don came to assess our needs and gave us a very fair quote. Once everything was ordered, the installers came out right away and did an excellent job! One thing I should mention is that we bought this house and were still finishing up our move from another state too! We appreciated the effort they made to make us feel welcomed! You won't go wrong with this company!

I called Lorenz heating and air conditioning to help me get a property ready for sale. Brandon came out the next morning and quickly replaced a furnace flue. He worked efficiently, was very courteous, and the office staff was very professional, as well. And the price was quite affordable considering the work that was done. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a small issue with our furnace recently and called Lorenz. They addressed our issue, and showed me the exact fix and what it needed. Very up front about everything, and super friendly. They got me fixed up, as well as putting me on their service schedule for our units in the fall and spring. Will definitely be using them again if we have any other issues.

We had another company give an estimate for a furnace replacement that seemed incredibly high, so we called Lorenz out to get an estimate and they quoted less than 1/2 what the other company did...for a bigger unit. Super pleased with the whole experience from start to finish! So much so that we had them come out and replace our central air unit 3 months later and had the same great experience again. Prices are extremely reasonable, scheduling is easy, everyone you deal with is friendly, they show up when they say they will. They leave things tidy and seal up if they have to drill new holes to complete the install. They will be our go-to now for anything plumbing, heating or A/C. TOP NOTCH, Lorenz!

Leak under kitchen sink and needed a new faucet installed. Friendly people on phone and ready to share hourly rates weekday vs weekend. Was contacted the next day, appointment set up for same day and they arrived on time. Friendly, knowledgeable and were done in 2 hour. Rate is fair and people are awesome. Great company, good prices, so nice to work with. Our old A/C was going out during serious heat. They kept adding coolant ‘til they could schedule replacement. They filled out ALL the forms/paperwork for utility rebate and received $800 back! Highly recommended!!
