Eric is a skilled, knowledgeable, craftsman who does excellent work. He shows up when he says he will, works efficiently, and completely. He has installed a couple of faucets for us in our aging house, replacing shut off valves where prudent. He installed our water heater, bringing the connections up to code. His latest job for us was to remove an old kitchen sink prior to a countertop rehab, and then after the rehab installing a new sink and improving the pipes from the original arrangement. Both days he showed up when he said he would and accomplished the work quickly, resulting in us being out of our kitchen for a minimal time.

I recently used Precise Plumbing and was extremely impressed with the service. Eric, the plumber, was personable, to the point, and very thorough. He clearly prioritizes customer service and takes pride in his work. I felt confident in his expertise and appreciated his straightforward approach. I will definitely recommend Precise Plumbing to others and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Eric is awesome! This guy really knows his stuff. I own a remodeling company and we always send our plumbing to Precise because I can trust that it will get done quickly and most important, correct the first first time. He's fair and has saved me money telling me the truth that sometimes work doesn't need to be done and the equipment I thought needed to be replaced just needed a new part. Eric was absolutely amazing!! I have spent thousands of dollars with another company over the years for the same problem and Eric not only come out Sunday morning he actually figured out the root of the problem..The city had to come out and literally remove a HUGE ROOT out of the drain.. Need to add another star to make it 6! The Precise Plumbing team of Stephanie and Eric will blow you away with their friendly service and professionalism. Reasonable pricing and great communication are an added bonus. Most likely the last plumbing service you'll ever need to hire. Pictures are old garden tub that was removed, to new soaker tub installed.

Our pipes had frozen and we had no running hot water. Erik came by on short notice. And was able to get our running running again in 30 minutes or so. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and we're so grateful to Erik for coming out and saving the day! Thank you so much Erik!

Eric and Jake came out to my house to help me winterize my house. They checked to make sure everything was sealed up and weatherproof so I could have ease of mind when the frigid temps hit!
