Courteous and professional from the get go. Plumber was out to my house the same day and fixed my frozen pipes within an hour. The whole company from the receptionist to the plumber were so friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. Would use them again!

Incredible work today from Jake and Chris out in Springfield. They efficiently identified the issue and resolved it and provided critical education so I can avoid freezing my pipes in the future. Will definitely use them again. Also the coordinator on the phone went above and beyond to get my service scheduled and provided critical education me with accurate quotes and expectations. Great experience. Communicates well. ON time for appointment. Trevor Hall , technician friendly; helpful, through and found some other problems that need immediate attention. If you have an home built up the 1970s you need to have outside faucets and water shutoff valves checked. If you replaced over the years not as much worry. Our home built is 1972 & we only had replaced 1 outside faucet . No inside shut-offs. He found major problems with 1 valve that if not repaired could have been harmful. They were here to install new ADA tall toilet and price was okay. Install done well. Trevor was super and free inspection saved us a lot of headache down the road. Thanks. Great experience. The guy that came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He was there 3 hour ahead of schedule which was awesome cuz i had other stuff to do, he knew exactly what was needed , and was prepared when he came to the door. He was here probably about 30 minutes, and once he finished he made sure i was satisfied with his work before accepting payment and made sure i knew how to contact the office if i encountered any issues after he was done.

I got good service at a reasonable price. I chose White because of their listing in the Christian business phone book. We've had several bad experiences with businesses since moving to Nixa. I like this company. They are dependable and honest.

Restoration company after an insurance claim couldn't and/or wouldn't get the plumbing in the kitchen done right. Didn't even putty the sink drains and just left us holding the bag on the connections to the faucet. Chris at White's Plumbing got it done in no time though.

We called because we were struggling to get our shower head off. Chris K. Came over and got it off and put our new one off for us. Apparently the shower head was on very tight. We was very courteous, worked very efficiently and even gave us a quick run down of our new fancy shower head. Thanks to Chris K again and the company. Highly recommend for quick service.

After having a kitchen disaster for months, Chris fixed our problem in under 2 hours! He was very kind considering the mouse that ran out from behind the dishwasher! We had a huge mess, I cleaned up while he went after a hose, and it is fixed and running smoothly! Thank you Chris!! Great job, fair prices!
