Michael is a stand up guy, and a true master plumber. He works with integrity and fairness and my experience with him has been as such. We had a complicated problem and by some miracle he was able to guide us through.

I’ve used 5-6 times over the span of 9 months. Decent service but repeatedly cancels on the day of service. Will not service a job unless the landlord is on site during the work. Hard to use a company that doesn’t value the customers time along with their own.

Needed Bore's services for the first time and they went above and beyond; from the person who took my call and scheduled my appointment to the plumber that came out. All were friendly and communicated to keep me informed throughout the process.

Called on a Sunday and they came by later that evening. Fixed the leak and the plumber Cavion explained what he was doing as he completed the job. A little on the pricey side but they did a good job.

Don’t call in an emergency- had a sraying leaking outside faucet—— “we can get you next week for $285”

They were able to clean a clogged kitchen sink sewer line quickly and cleanly.
