Catanzaro was assigned by my home insurance and Steve was assigned to do the work. He was very thorough and he did an excellent job without wasting any time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. All questions I asked were answered with accuracy & very respectful. I will use them again for any plumbing issues I might have.

Catanzaro plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty and they called me back fairly quickly to set up an appointment. Phil talked through what the issue was with me on the phone, I was able to text him pictures of the leak and what my issue was, and he sent someone out to check on it. They didn’t end up having to fix anything because it wasn’t a plumbing issue, but he called me to follow up and I appreciated the care that he gave my service request.

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. This vendor was the only one listed for our home warranty work on a hot water heater but he couldn't be bothered to listen to any if his messages throughout the day. If he had listened to his messages, he would have had the name and number of the person waiting at the house for his call. This call was initiated on Thursday before noon. The messages were left throughout the day on Friday. The vendor finally called the correct number after 8pm to inform us that the service order had already been reassigned (it really wasn't reassigned to anyone, he cancelled it), and when we contacted the warranty company again, they said this vendor wouldn't be able to look at it until next Friday. Ummm, that is in another week. There is a baby in the house. We needed him to actually do his job and be a professional. With a baby in the house, waiting another week is completely unacceptable. This company is not worth the bother and we will use anyone but him.

Terrible business, no notification when technician is 1 hour late. I talked with the dispatcher/owner he yelled and swore at me for asking for a proper eta. I can only imagine the type of people this lunatic has working for him.
