Excellent job, products and professionalism. I highly recommend. They may not be the least expensive, but they are by far the best and it's very true you get what you pay for. They provided a complete new HVAC system and a new 40 Gallon water heater.

Classic Aire installed a new HVAC system in my home 6 weeks ago. Less than a week after install we began to notice issues with condensation and moisture damaging our drywall from the new unit. I reached out to the company and 5-6 technicians came out across multiple occasions continued to find different issues with the unit and system that occurred during install. Ultimately condensation continued since the issue was not resolved, resulting in drywall damage, moisture, and mold in our home that we have never experienced prior. Classic Aire is not taking responsibility for their system and the quality of their work. We spent over $15k on the unit only to have the unit cause $10k worth of damage that Classic Aire Care is not taking responsibility and ownership of. I am incredibly disappointed with this company and would not recommend doing business with them.

Upgraded my system! Couldn’t be happier! Top notch install quality, while my ac wasn’t that old I opted for a higher efficiency heat pump system and replace my worn out older furnace! The difference in my home is night and day difference, can’t wait to see what the bills do

Follow-up from initial review... Customer Service Manager Joe called me to discuss. I think we had a genuine conversation and he was passionate in stressing Classic Aire Care was available to remedy anything wrong and offered to send a tech out if I felt it necessary. Mike S. has also been kind and helpful throughout the process starting with coming over to explain the system to following up with the plumbing issues (hopefully fixed soon). I do feel more confident that my concerns were passed along and hopefully taken to heart for other customers. Original Post: Yesterday, I had my 20+ year old furnace and A/C, and 3+ year old thermostat, replaced with the recommended units from Classic Aire Care (who was recently recommended by a neighbor). While the system itself is probably fine (too early to tell), and most of these details by themselves wouldn't be as big of a deal, I'm disappointed with the lack of detail/care involved with the overall process. It was a windy day, but trash left all over the front, side, and back yard isn't acceptable. Especially one being a metal bracket from (hopefully) the old furnace that surely would have done damage to my mower or myself. I can tell areas were swept, but then water/debris was left on the top and side of the water heater after installing a valve. When being shown the system, the comment made was something like, "oh, the water on top... it's not leaking, we just didn't have time to clean it up," and then it stayed that way after being acknowledged. Side note, it would have been nice to know if the new valve running to the humidifier was intentionally left only partially open. To top it off, there was a very slow leak from the valve to the humidifier line that I'm still monitoring. Also, regarding the water, nobody told me it was being shut off. I found out when attempting to turn on the kitchen sink. Ever since then, our water pressure at the sink has been drastically reduced (faucet shower setting not pressurized enough to stay on), so that needs reconciled. Furthermore, I was told I needed new combustion air grills in the downstairs bedroom for better airflow if the storage room door is closed, which makes sense, but I'm not sure why they didn't attach the fasteners into studs rather than having the stud in the middle of the grills. Now the screws are loose in the drywall, so the grills aren't tight against the wall, plus some drywall on the corners/edges were chipped/cracked. I also requested they leave the drywall cutouts for separate repair and paint sample and was told he can do that, but I can't find the pieces anywhere. More minor... there were landscaping rocks pushed into the yard from the dolly, insulation around a line not fully wrapped, thermostat a little loose on the wall, and a furnace floor support/shim not actually supporting the furnace. The gentlemen doing the work were respectful and there were no personal issues. They stayed outside or downstairs like they said, and the guy walking upstairs to change the thermostat got my attention to let me know he was upstairs to make the swap. Again, most of these, individually, wouldn't cause much concern, if any, and I'm not trying to be hypercritical, but if I'm spending over $12k, I don't want to feel any dissatisfaction, whatever the reason.

I wanted to take a moment to let the employees know how satisfied and pleased I am with dealing with your company Classic Aire Care and brag on the level of respect along with the honesty I received from the service call with Brandon. He thoroughly explained the news I wanted to hear along with the not so great news. His level of patience, professionalism and knowledge is top-notch. Great job, Brandon. Keep it up. Before I knew it, Sean, the project manager, was at my house going through all of my options, along with financing and setting up the installation. I received the same honesty and respect from him, too. Jarrod arrived at my house actually before the appointment time. Him and Austin knocked out the complete installation in 8 hours, as discussed when he arrived. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the whole experience dealing with Classic Aire Care. This is my go to company for all of my HVAC, Plumbing needs. Thank you Classic Aire Care. Jeffrey R Miller

Patrick O was very helpful. He came out on a Saturday and got my heat back to working in no time. He was also very informative and took some extra time to stay and check out another issue I need to address with an agent thermostat. Already scheduled our next appointment.

Outstanding Service and Expertise from Classic Aire Care We recently replaced our gas water heater with the Bradford White AeroTherm Series Hybrid Heat Pump (80 Gallon), and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Initially, we were leaning toward an electric heat exchanger, but Steve Gardner at Classic Aire Care took the time to educate us on all our options and guided us to the best solution for our needs. Steve’s deep knowledge and customer-focused approach made all the difference. Instead of pushing for a quick sale, he genuinely cared about finding the perfect fit for our home. Thanks to his guidance, we made the right decision 9 months ago, and we’ve been thrilled with the performance ever since. The energy savings have been remarkable—far exceeding our expectations. Classic Aire Care’s exceptional service and expertise have truly set them apart, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Steve, and the entire Classic Aire Care team for making this such a smooth and rewarding experience!
