I usually don’t have many great stories to share about plumbing services, but today is a refreshing change. Hayden's Plumbing Services came through for me and turned me into a loyal customer. This morning, by 9:00 am, a clogged sink drain at my rental property was cleared up, along with some other plumbing issues that were quickly fixed before I even finished my coffee. All it took was one phone call yesterday evening and a quick text with the address! The price was very reasonable, and I didn’t have to step away from my kitchen at all. Terrance did an excellent job!

From the first moment I spoke with Jude on the phone, I had a feeling this would turn out great. Our leak wasn’t major, but when you're on a retiree's budget, a jump in the water bill can be quite concerning. But let’s get back to the plumbing service. Jude clearly explained when we could expect Preston to arrive, how he would keep us updated, and what the pricing would be. Sure enough, Preston showed up right on time after giving us a call beforehand. We discussed the issue, he reviewed our water bills, checked the irrigation, and managed to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. He was really friendly and very knowledgeable. We realized later that we could have asked for a veteran's discount, as I saw it mentioned in other reviews. But honestly, the peace of mind we gained is truly worth it!

When my mom had a sewer issue at her place, she was understandably worried after receiving a notice from the City. Luckily, she reached out to me, and I was able to connect her with Terrance. He arrived the very next day. I've seen his excellent plumbing work with other family members, handling everything from water mains to sewer repairs. No job is too messy for him! Terrance was punctual, and his estimates were spot on—he even charged us a bit less than what he initially quoted, which was a nice surprise. If you need plumbing work done, he's definitely the one to call. He's friendly, approachable, and extremely professional. If he's ever stuck in traffic, he always keeps you informed. His pricing is transparent and exactly what he says it will be.

This plumbing service is truly exceptional! We encountered a serious water leak in our laundry area that caused quite a bit of damage to the flooring in our living room and kitchen. He was professional, friendly, and, most importantly, he fixed the problem perfectly. He's really a treasure! Wow!! We rang numerous plumbers this morning, thinking it might be impossible to find one immediately. However, we were pleasantly surprised after reaching out to Terrance from Hayden's Plumbing Services. He assured us he would arrive in 15 minutes, and indeed he did. Terrance put in an enormous effort to resolve our backup issue. He had to do some digging to locate the cleanouts as we are new homeowners and they were concealed. Eventually, he suggested that our septic tank probably needed a thorough cleaning. He kindly provided us with several recommendations before departing. We contacted one of them who showed up just 20 minutes after he left. We wholeheartedly endorse Terrance for his promptness, politeness, compassion, professionalism, diligent work ethic, and affordability!

I was dealing with, for lack of a better phrase, a kitchen faucet that had suddenly turned into a geyser. One moment it was okay, the next it was spraying water everywhere. This happened during the evening. The following morning, I got in touch with Hayden's Plumbing Services and though they were swamped, they promised to try and fit me in later that day or potentially the next. To my surprise, I got a call around midday saying they'd be over in an hour! Dean showed up and promptly fixed the faucet as well as another issue I was having with it. The repairs were minor and the cost was minimal. They could have easily overcharged me, I mean, how much does an average person really know about plumbing? I should mention they have a great text message system that keeps you updated about their estimated arrival time. I'm yet ANOTHER satisfied customer singing Hayden's praises and highly recommending their services. You won't be let down!

These plumbers are truly amazing! As a single mom doing my best, I found these guys to be compassionate, kind, and understanding. I reached out to them, and they arrived within just a few hours to handle my clogged drain lines. I had to call them again today, and they were prompt and professional once more. I feel so fortunate to have their help with the recurring drain issues in my old house. Huge thanks to Terrance and Greyson for being so caring and supportive; it really means a lot to me!

The technician, Greyson, contacted me to let me know his estimated arrival time, which fit perfectly within the timeframe provided when I scheduled the appointment. He was very detailed in addressing my plumbing issue, double-checking for leaks at multiple spots during the repair. Greyson was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He also demonstrated honesty and fairness with the bill, not charging for his travel time and offering me a senior discount, which I truly appreciated! I will certainly reach out for my next plumbing needs.
