I contacted Maplewood plumbing to look at a leaking cast iron drain coming from a second floor bathroom. Trent came out to assess, and we agreed that the long term solution was to change everything over to PVC. They were able to give a price on the spot, and I was able to get on the schedule shortly after. Fast forward a few months, and I decided to have them replace another cast iron drain line that wasn’t leaking but had signs of failure, so while the walls are open I had them replace that too. In addition, they moved a gas line for a second floor furnace out of the way, added a gas line for the stove, and a clean looking ice maker box for the fridge. While the entire project is costly, I used another big name plumber in my previous home to replace a PVC plumbing stack that wasn’t up to code. Their price would've been at least 50% more than Maplewood. I’m glad my buddy suggested them, and I will continue recommending them to anyone!

Maplewood Plumbing service was exceptional. We had a sewer backup due to a metro sewer line overload during our recent storm. We wanted to make sure our property line was not clogged. They sent a technician within 2 hours of my call. Steve was courteous and professional. He explained the process and costs before starting. He performed a camera examination and found no evidence of a clog or other obstruction to our relief. A copy of the camera scan was sent later in the day as documentation. We will definitely use Maplewood Plumbing in the future if a need arises.

Hands down the best plumbing and sewer company I've ever had perform work at my house. The office staff is pleasant and organized. The crew on the ground are friendly and professional. They show up on time every time. We've had some small repairs to a major sewer lateral repair, and Maplewood did an excellent job on all of it.

Maplewood Plumbing was spectacular. Their website had helpful information and it was easy to make an appointment with them. Their technician, John, went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done right. He had to come out 3 different times and was kind and courteous each time. He did a great job of explaining exactly what he was discovering, what actions needed to be taken, and the costs associated with it. I will definitely be using Maplewood for all future plumbing needs!

I needed a stack replacement and a basement drain pipe cleaned out in my circa 1928 home. Robert came out, thoroughly assessed my situation, and gave me a very reasonable quote. His plan involved less wall demolition and was much less expensive than the quote I had gotten from another company. Alex did the stack work and he was extremely conscientious and pleasant. Steve Smith did a video inspection of my basement drain and was able to remove the clog. He gave me a clear-eyed description of the situation with my old cast iron pipes without freaking me out. He and Alex worked extremely well together. Behind the scene was Jenn coordinating my appointments and keeping me updated. She went above and beyond to help me schedule my work. I highly recommend Maplewood Plumbing!

Maplewood plumbing is the best. The plumber had my faucet replaced in 15 minutes and it didn't hurt my back at all. :) The last time my kitchen faucet went out it took me several hours to get it put in, because of the very small space to access the fittings. They are also great at communications. Thanks to the plumber, Aaron, for saving me from pain.

Maplewood Plumbing, BEST OF THE BEST! Reliable, honest, affordable and quality of work. I had postponed a couple of repairs at the home our son rent's from us in St. Louis as we were saving for the repairs thinking it would be a major repair with major costs associated to it. Their plumber, Jerry, arrived on the scheduled time, did the inspection and told us it was a simple repair. We not only were able to afford this repair but had him look at another issue with our garbage disposal which he looked at, gave us a quote on the spot and had him fixed. Great job, done correctly and so fast. Maplewood Plumbing & Sewer, LLC are our forever plumbing company from now on!

This was my first experience with Maplewood Plumbing and based on it I will definitely use them again. I had no trouble making an appointment, had plenty of reminders and a call when the tech was on his way, and he was slightly early (which I appreciated). Reggie was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Best of all, he finished up and charged me less than quoted since it turned out to be an easier job! Great experience!
