Not only did they do an excellent job with our basement sewer backup remediation, but they worked directly with our insurance company and walked me through what I needed to do. I called Midwest Flood Restoration after we suffered water damage from a refrigerator leak. They came out almost immediately, assessed the damage, explained the process, and provided a quote. I gave them approval to move forward and they were able to have a crew out that afternoon. They prepared the damaged area and set the blowers and equipment in a reasonable time. Midwest’s staff cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. All communication was efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. They helped make a bad situation tolerable. Mike and his team did an excellent job on remediating water damage in our guest bedroom. Called them on a Wednesday evening to see if they could give me a quote to repair water damage from a hole in our roof. Mike was at our house first thing the next morning and gave an honest and informative breakdown of what all would need to be done. He did not pressure us into anything at all and was very professional. Because of this, I decided to go with Midwest Flood Restoration and his team was at our house the next morning to complete the job. They were thorough, efficient and very polite!
