Paid $100 for a 10 second video call to tell me water heater was cracked. Refused to give me a detailed breakdown/report for repair costs. Told me I needed to pay for the repairs on site and then would get an invoice detailing repair costs. Would not work with my insurance company in any capacity.

Tyler from Pipe Solutions came to check my hot water heater. He did a great job and found a leak along with the unit being very old. Took pix and said he’d turn it in to his company.He was on time, pleasant and answered my questions. He returned the next week at the time I was told he’d be here with my new water heater. Did a great job installing it. Cleaned up any mess he made. I was so pleased with his promptness, his professionalism, and his knowledge. Before leaving he explained everything I needed to know. I would use Tyler (and Pipe Solutions) in a second if the need arose again.

Adam came out to inspect our problems, and was able to find causes for all of them in a very short time. He got two fixed quickly, and then sent the others off to the warranty company to see what they would pay. These guys seem like good people to work with, and I love their attitude! Well, of the three that they sent to the warranty company, the warranty folks said they’d fix 1, but not the others. Adam came back and was able to get things changed and fixed in an hour or so, and did a wonderful job of it!

She sent a technician out the same day. Adam gave me a text when he was in route to my home. Adam came out and determined the issue. He resolved what he could immediately and helped me determine the priority for what should be done in the future. I’m expecting an estimate in the next few days and I feel good about working with this team of professionals.

The experience of having to take a cold shower when your water heater goes out is made more tolerable by these folks. An appointment to assess, scheduled two days from now, turned into a same day appointment when Brooke proactively suggested that she would keep me in mind if a technician became free sooner. Then Tyler made quick work of re-lighting the pilot light after he determined that the thermocouple was sitting it water due to an internal leak which likely extinguished the pilot. Waiting for the warranty company to approve a replacement two days earlier than expected. Brilliant service, and a great explanation of the problem and process by Tyler. Thanks!
