I really hate to share negative comments but I contacted Ron's Plumbing over a month ago. He claims that he sent an estimator to my house that I am rehabbing but I never received a report. I sent pictures to him of what I wanted and never receive a reply that he received the pictures; no thank you or I'll look into things for you and get you a price. I have called 4 or 5 times and left messages, text 2-3 times and emailed him. I have done everything to communicate he won't give me the courtesy of a phone call. All of my messages were courteous and professional, and I mentioned that not every job is a great fit but just let me know if you don't want the work so I can call someone else. Nothing! No text, phone call or communication of any kind. I don't understand how one can do business this way! It's really unacceptable! If you want a lack of communication, this is your company.

Ron's Plumbing has provided multiple services for me over the past year, with a total cost of $6,000. While I was impressed with their hospitality and work quality, I think it is equally—if not more—important to judge a person or business based on how they respond when things go wrong. I recently encountered an issue where one of Ron’s staff members broke my cabinet shelf while installing my new kitchen sink. If the staff member had told me he broke the shelf and apologized for it at the time it happened, it likely would not have bothered me; people make mistakes. However, they did not inform me of the damage and instead left me to find it myself. The way Ron’s Plumbing has dealt with the issue has been downright insulting. Over a 16-day period, I called Ron four times, left two voice messages, spoke with his receptionist twice, sent an email, and sent three text messages. After all of this, Ron finally acknowledged that the plumber broke the shelf, informed me that they are not responsible, and told me they will not do anything to repair it. After paying Ron $6,000, I expected more.
