Due to previous plumbing company nightmares, we followed a recommendation made in response to my shout out on the Nextdoor App. 3 companies suggested and only LaMartina responded. From 1st call to finshed project everything went smoothly and professionally. Nathan- was promptly scheduled to come see the issue and provided the estimates. He is great.... friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Michael, Cameron, and another young man completed all of the work with 2 days. They arrived on time, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Melissa and Gabby handled scheduling and billing. Both were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with all questions. Our faith in plumbers has been restored and we will not use anyone else for future plumbing needs. Truly cannot say enough about how great this experience has been.

Before the plumber even arrived at my house, I received a text introducing Connor, along with a little background about him. I thought that was really cool—it made me feel more comfortable and confident about who was coming to do the work. When he got here, he was outstanding! The service was thorough, and he inspected everything carefully to ensure nothing was overlooked. On top of that, he went above and beyond by offering me a protection plan membership that not only saves me money but also provides additional benefits. It was more than I expected, and the price was fair. I truly appreciate the excellent service!

Continue to get great service from this company. Had a drain back up in the basement, they just happened to have a tech near by and got to my house in minutes. Jordan only needed a couple minutes to do a quick site survey, then had things completed within an hour. I highly recommend the protection plan they offer, it’s worth it especially if you have an old house like I do.

Courtney did a great job today. We were happy with his work and explanation of what was going on with our plumbing. He’s professional, kind, courteous and knows his plumbing. He also pointed out we needed a special mesh style cap for our vent pipe - we had no clue so that was also very helpful. We don’t want our plumbing to break but if we have a problem again we’d be happy and confident asking Courtney to come back.

He is such a nice guy, very professional, and resolved my plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. I submitted a service request at 10pm the night before and was promptly called the next morning at 8am. 2 really nice guys were assigned and at my house before 9am. They were able to assess the issue and explain the work on detail before I agreed to anything. In the end, they solved my clogged line problem and cleaned up after doing the work. Price was good as well compared to national chains I’ve used before. Will definitely be back (but hopefully not too often)

Of those we called (all highly rated), Tony LaMartina Plumbing was the quickest to respond, gave fair pricing, and delivered the most expert input for our water heater problems. They ended up installing a brand new water heater the same day that our old water heater went out for good. Very much appreciate the responsiveness and expert help.
