I needed installation of a new sump pump into an existing pit. Torrisi Plumbing was referred by a neighbor who had a similar service performed last summer following a week of torrential rain. I called and requested a proposal and received a very prompt reply. The contractor rep arrived on the day agreed upon looked at my plumbing and submitted a proposal that included 2 options. Choosing the option that met my need we set up an install date. The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, and professional at all times. Work was completed per the bid in a timely manner and the end result neat, tidy, and unobtrusive in my basement space. I would typically get 3 bids for a job like this but Torrisi came so highly recommended I was confident making the choice and not doing that in this instance. Always risky I know. The plumbing contractor, it's service department and plumbing technicians came through and I'm satisfied I got high quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend Torrisi Plumbing.

Ross arrived bright and early on time when he said he would and spent a couple of days fixing all the improperly completed previous work in our house. Replaced numerous toilets that were now properly installed, then completely reworked our sink and garbage disposal to correct the horrendous mess left behind by the previous homeowners. Excellent quality of work and time efficient. Thank you for a job well done!

I wasn't able to have the plumber that I thought I was going have do the job. I was told two other not as experienced workers would be working on my basement instead the day of. They didn't finish the work in one day. They arrived late to start the day. When going to lunch they didn't inform the owner of the house and left the door wide open. They returned after lunch did a little bit of work then left again to get supplies they should have arrived with at the beginning of the day. Then at 3 pm I was informed that they wouldn't be able to finish the job. I had two broken pipes under my basement floor. Then I waited all weekend being inconvenienced with my pets not being able to use the basement space and outside areas because of floor being torn up and dirt on the floor. I waited for two hours Monday at my house and no one called or showed up. Then I get a call saying that they are not able to come. I thought they were unprofessional, un-communitive, and very inconvenient. I would not recommend them to anyone. I asked them to get their materials and leave and I finish the job with a friend. It was ridiculous and stressful. Also, they put in a new drain closer to my furnace so that the water could have a place to drip. They abandoned the old sewer drain from the main and if I would have let them concrete it that way it would have had flooded (under the floor) my basement and there would have been nowhere for the water to go. Basically, I paid an astronomical amount of money for them to almost flood my basement. I highly suggest not using this service. Also, they charge the price that they pay their experienced people when non experienced people are doing the work.

Our toilet was leaking into basement. I called and they got a plumber out same day! They were very professional and explained everything that needed to happen before they did any repairs. I highly recommend Torrisi Plumbing!

Horrible experience, spoke to a woman on the phone about a job we hired them to do, the job was done incorrectly and they billed up for 2 hours more than they were there. We told her we’d like to be charged for the time he was actually there, she finally agreed to that and we asked for additional compensation for the incorrect job. She refused and said she didn’t want to speak about it, and said she wasn’t listening. They came back out a few days later (late to the job) to fix it. Now we’re set back multiple days due to the inconvenience they’ve caused.

NOT RECOMMENDED! We went through a series of obstacles trying to get our toilet fixed over the course of a few days, once we finally got word that someone from Torrisi was able to come out we were finally relieved. I got a phone call from Phil (keep in mind this is apparently the owner) to inform us of someone coming out to fix it in the next 20 min. It was an extremely rude and unprofessional phone call to say the least. I answer the phone only to get “someone will be there to fix the toilet in 20 min” - not ‘Hi, this is Phil with Torrisi’ - so I said, “okay, and who is this?” (since I didn’t recognize the number). He replies “this is Phil”. I let him know my boyfriend had already talked to a company who was planning on coming out later that day which prompts Phil to ask condescendingly “do you want us to fix it or not?” I replied “excuse me, what did you say?” And repeated himself.. I let him know that I was simply making sure we didn’t have two companies coming out for the same problem. The phone call ended shortly after but not without continued attitude. I called back after the problem was resolved to file a complaint only to find out that Phil is the OWNER. HA! No wonder I also received attitude from the girl who answered the phone. Great business running.

I have hired Torrisi Plumbing services for two jobs. Both were done on time, at a high quality standard, and at a reasonable price. No wasted time...the plumber showed up at the promised time, reviewed the jobs with me, got right to work, and was done in a very short time.
