Alpha Omega is an absolutely amazing company to work with. Anthony is so professional and knowledgeable about the process of cleaning up water damage in my basement. He and team member Kiara worked tirelessly all day and hauling out wet carpet, etc. Absolutely amazing people. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. Exceeded my expectations. I recently had Alpha Omega perform some restoration work in my crawl space after I discovered a leaking pipe. Amaryllis was incredibly helpful when I first contacted them, and I was thoroughly impressed with her exceptional customer service. She meticulously coordinated everything, and I was particularly impressed by her efficiency in arranging for someone to visit my house promptly. I was expecting the service to be expensive since I was uncertain about the duration of the leak and the extent of the damage it had caused. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they provided me with a quote that was significantly lower than another quote I had received. I highly recommend Alpha Omega to anyone in need of restoration services!

Jared and his team were wonderful to work with on our mitigation of water from a leaking roof Jared arrived, took a look at the problem and quickly had carpet turned back, wet sheet rock and insulation out of the house. He set up fans and the dry out began in record time. The team was respectful, hard working and wasted no time. They cleaned up the mess as they worked. I would highly recommend Alpha Omega for mitigation and restoration. This is our second experience with them. An exceptional company.
