Spent $200+ for a toilet repair. Oh, I'm going to get a new part he said. My toilet is acting up again. Little did he know I scribed a mark on the old part. I did this because my wife was home and she doesn't know about plumbing stuff. I took the lid off the toilet and sure enough it's the old part. I wish I would have looked earlier and stopped payment on the check. Find anyone else to do your plumbing.

I rented a Toro Dingo from Craig at CbarJ this weekend and couldn't be happier. Great guys to work with helped loading gave me a rundown of how the machine worked and saved my back a ton!!! I'll be back for more equipment in the future.

I hired C bar J mechanical to pump my septic on November 7th in preparation for a new construction building being added to my septic system. On November 21st, my general contractor tying in the new construction, informed me that my septic system was backed up and he hired another company to pump it out. The general contractor did not know that I previously hired C Bar J to perform these services two weeks prior, otherwise I would have made C Bar J come back out and make it right. I spoke to the company that pumped it a second time and was informed of the following: - C Bar J only pumps liquid out and no solids. - I have two lids to my tank and only the front lid was removed and pumped. - He pumped out 1000 gallons of liquid and removed 4 feet of solids from the back half of the tank. -The C Bar J employee did not clean my filters leading to the tank. I spoke to the foreman (Vaughn) and expressed my concerns. He said he would check with his team who pumped it and would get back to me. After checking with his team, he told me they swear they did everything right and the second septic pumper is wrong and doesn’t know what he is talking about. Vaughn said the owner of the company will be in touch with me and I can let him know. After the owner failed to reach out to me on 11/28, I decided to call the company and ask for the owner myself. The owner answered the phone (must be a cell phone) and I gave him a brief overview of the situation. He said he was familiar with it, however he had just got back from traveling and said he would give me a call tomorrow 11/29. 11/29 rolls around, and no call. I have since called the company multiple times and no one answers. I believe the owner is screening my phone calls and intentionally not picking up. Bottom line is, if you decide to use this company, don’t just assume they did the job you hired them to do satisfactorily. They are probably a decent company, but unfortunately take their employees word over what another professional in my back yard is saying. I would still like to talk to the owner, about this if he would actually call me back.

My place of business used their services, I signed off on a work order with a specific grand total on it. They did not have a way of running a credit card so took info and ran it later and added the credit card fee. I feel this is very unprofessional then I have had to call three times, was told a refund of the difference will be issued and still waiting weeks later called again no return call.

We used their services to check a sewer line on a property. Very reasonably priced, great service, and gave peace of mind. Thank you!
