I called Friday afternoon to make an appointment to get my air ducts cleaned and the phone was answered by a very friendly lady. She was able to schedule me on Monday morning to get my air ducts cleaned. Maison called Monday morning to confirm the appointment before he arrived. Maison was friendly, thorough with his work. I will recommend this family company, anytime!

Darren is a top notch service person. He speaks clearly, and articulately. He took time to check my service plan before he came out. He explained the last mix up and saved me as a client for your company. He is the best face of your company that you could have out there.

Trent was a joy to work with. He was very professional. He inspected our furnace and air conditioning unit and listed everything he recommended on his estimate. The installers Lenny and Brock were quick and left the area clean when they finished. Trent came back after they were done and checked their work. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I'm very glad I chose them even though the were not the lowest bidder. Worth every penny!

My furnace went out, so I called Central. I completely understand the $150 service fee—that’s reasonable. But charging $3 per mile each way on top of that? That’s just wrong. They’ve definitely lost my business. Time to find a company with fairer policies.

Darren diagnosed the issues with my gas fireplace and garage heater very easily. He made sure I understood the fees and performed the repairs quickly. He was very friendly and made suggestions for future maintenance. I will definitely ask for Darren next time!

Very quick (under 2 hours) to get a technician to our home to repair our furnace during a cold snap! Darren was professional, courteous and kept us informed along the way!

Darren went out of his way to get to me. I had contacted 3 other reputable companies here in town & waited 2 days. Was led on by both that they’d be here in 2 hours. Nothing! Called central & they had their service man here with in an hour. Meant the world to me. I’ve been in hospital & dealing with health issues & had no heat. He was my lifesaver! I will use this company for all my future business!! I’m so appreciative. ❤️🫶
