Faithful Restoration was very good to work with. Once contacted, they were on site the same day. They communicated well with myself as well as the insurance company. This alleviated a great deal of stress. The leak within the wall was repaired by the plumbing company. Faithful then addressed all the water damage. Only wish they still did repairs, because I am still sorting through that issue.

We had mold in our insulation above our Workshop area. Faithful disaster restoration removed the mold and put in new insulation. They were easy to work with and the work was done within a few days. I would recommend other people using this company.

We have had a very positive experience with Faithful. When we moved to our new home the movers didn't hook up the washer properly and we had a slow leak over two months. When discovered a friend came over to help, but it was soon obvious this was beyond what he could do. I called Faithful and that afternoon Levi and a member of his team came to evaluate. At my request they prayed with me because of my concern for my wife who is very sensitive to mold. Within a day I had an estimate and signed the contracts. A suggestion I would have is to have a staff member sit down with you as you initial the contracts. Going thru the contracts is a bit daunting, but Levi answered all my questions very quickly. Faithful was great to with with. They responded to our ice maker water supply line leak very fast. Cleanup included removal of portions of ceiling and flooring. They ran fans and dehumidifiers for multiple days. At the end, they sent out a representative to verify we were happy with their services and to recommend contractors to rebuild our kitchen. They also worked directly with our insurance company on the claim.

They treat your belongings with the utmost care, always ensuring that everything is handled as if it were their own. After talking with Jeremy, I know how much they prioritize saving what they can—not just for financial reasons, but also for the emotional well-being of homeowners. It’s clear that they care deeply about making the restoration process as smooth and comforting as possible, which makes all the difference during such a challenging time. I am so thankful for Faithful Disaster Restoration. Brandon and Rich were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt confident and comfortable with them while they spent two days taking care of my problems. They kept me informed as to what they were doing g and why it was necessary. Last year I had a pipe leak behind my dishwasher and called Faithful Disaster Restoration. They were very prompt with their mitigation and showed respect for my property. We had to gut the kitchen and pull up most of the flooring upstairs. The finished product turned out beautiful. The only complaint that I had was that their communication could have been better at times.
