I would recommend not going to Ferguson for any appliances or fixtures and if you do, do not work with Sean. Sean was disrespectful to my wife and a very poor communicator overall. When we were purchasing our Thermador package we did so because of the BOGO offer. Sean did not order our fridge intially and charged us for the dishwasher. When we went back and spoke with him about this he made it seem as though did us a favor by getting us the BOGO deal which he originally messed up by not ordering our Fridge/Freezer. Our Thermador Fridge showed up with the wrong handle and was non-functional by this time we were pretty fed up with Sean (other examples to follow) and asked him if we could get a new handle. He said he wouldnt be able to replace the handle and refunded us for the handle. Luckily Fred's Appliance had the handle in-stock and I was able to fix the problem that day because of Fred's. Inexplicably we did recieve another handle from Ferguson a week later. Which useless and costs us an extra $200. When we were selecting our sink we wanted an Elkay sink he showed us the color palette for Blanco sinks. We choose one of those colors and instead of contacting and letting us know that he showed Blanco colors for an Elkay sink he just ordered us a Blanco sink. Unfortunately we discovered this 10months after purchasing said sink when it was installed in our countertops and noticed it was smaller than we remembered the kitchen had been designed around the wrong sink. When confronted about this Sean said "Why didn't check the sink I ordered for you?" The kicker is he didn't give us any paperwork and the only reason we had any paperwork for the sink was because our designer had to contact him for the sink dimensions for our contractors. We purchased our appliances based on the 12month lead time Sean quoted us and assured us that if they arrived early Ferguson would store them for us. The appliances beat their estimated lead time(only positive of this experience). We then were hounded endlessly by Ferguson months before construction even began to take possesion of our appliances even though we were told they would hold them. We also needed to purchase a faucet, cabinet hardware, washer and dryer, and lights. We originally checked with Ferguson on these things and came to showroom at 10:15(they open at 10) but the doors were locked. We were greeted by the one employee who let us in but did not see Sean until we were in the parking lot putting our toddler in his car seat to "check on us" because his co-worker sent him out. We purchased all of these items elsewhere. Later we found out our contractors(Parade of Home winners) quit doing business with Ferguson because of a similar experience with Sean(He was named). We contacted our designer and told them about our experience and they have decided to stop recommending Ferguson to their clients and had been seeing this same trend. Overall we were lead to believe Ferguson would offer a better customer experience than Fred's Appliance. They do not.
