Purchased a sink and accessories from Brian Vincent in mid October and was given a timeframe of delivery. I called twice requesting updates for tracking on the items and was told by 2 different employees 2 different things, 1 employee said it would be here by end of week and the next employee said it never shipped. Brian was out of the office so I spoke with the manager Shawn M and said I was given incorrect information by numerous employees and I need my money back so I can go purchase a sink from Home Depot. Shawn said he would be calling Franke (company that sends the items) to get my refund, but they were closed already as this was a Friday. I have been going back and forth with Brian and management since mid October trying to get my money back. I was just given a partial refund and told they cannot give me the money for the freight charges/restocking fee even though this product was not shipped and I was given incorrect information by the employees. The employees were not sympathetic with the situation, they were very short and never followed up with me. I left a voicemail with the VP of the company to inform him of what was going on. I would not recommend this company and I would not go by the information given verbally here. Proceed to Home Depot or Lowes.

As an actual plumber, (this is a wholesale plumbing establishment) I find the customer service excellent. If your not a plumber and have a question about the quality and integrity of the staff, your better served at home depot. Northwest Pipe- as with any other plumbing wholesaler is doing you a great service just by letting you shop without an account. While the employees might be a little rough around the edges, your not their customer, we are. You are a homeowner they tolerate. Good Day

Called here to get a price on some pipe for a job the company that I work for was doing, The receptionist was wonderful but the salesmen I talked to was COMPLETELY rude and inconsiderate. Not only did he hang up on me after he gave me the price but didn't do anything but say a price and would not even attempt to answer any of the questions I had. Needless to say I nor the company I work for will continue to do business with this establishment, and I will do my best to make sure that it is avoided like the plague!

Can park over night. Lots of room. There is a steakhouse within 70 yards Good food as well.
