We had a 1950s pump for our underground sprinklers that started spraying water everywhere. Delbert came out right away and worked to find a pump we could use without having to get a lot of other things done to our setup. When it came in, he came out right away and installed it. He was so helpful and found and fixed another leak we hadn't known about. Definitely would use Precision again.

For the company in Billings. At our jobsite, this guy was taking pictures of all out personal vehicle license plate. So I took his photo, and told him to stay away. Suggest you guys take care of it, that is something you should be doing, and while on the job. And don't care why. If need to- try asking.

I hired Precision Plumbing to do work on a really challenging remodel for me. I was impressed from the get-go. They communicated clearly when the repairman would be here. The Repair men were so respectful and tidy in my house. They did an amazing job with the work and I couldn’t be happier! Every person that I worked with during my remodel from Precision had the same work ethic & commitment …to do a really great job. They are 5 star!

Amazing experience, super great customer service. This man is a hero, he fixed a bad leak I had during the holiday when no one else would help. He also saved my dogs and my disabled grandmother from a house fire about a year ago. I would highly recommend.

Had both of our pumps go out in a little leak emergency. Luckily they had an opening and got me in right away. They came quickly worked swiftly and thoroughly. The guy was super nice and knowledgeable as well. Thank you!

Today Michael came to see if the leak from the old water heater meant we needed a new one. Sure enough, it was a leaking water heater, and not other parts. He explained that the brand we had has had more issues as of late, and he did not recommend we put the same brand back in. I appreciated his warm smile, his competence in taking out the old, and installing the new, his making sure I understood what he was doing every step of the way. He explained and showed me established costs for what he installed. I was very comfortable with the entire process, and will certainly trust Precision to handle any potential future need. After a bad experience with another company we asked around and Precision was recommended by a few people. I cannot say enough good thing about our experience with them!. We called to schedule and estimate for replacing all our water and drain lines. They had someone here within 24 hours. The detailed bid was emailed to us the next day and the work was completed a few days after that. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. They communicated with us every step of the way and everything they did has worked flawlessly. Even the dogs liked them!

Precision plumbers showed up to fix our low water pressure. I specifically told them to start by checking the whole-house water filter, and they said they would. Instead, they did unnecessary work of nearly $500, didn't fix the problem and the plumber lied and said he checked the filter and said "it looked ok". After they left, I went into crawl space and inspected the filter: it was so dirty hardly any water could get through. I replaced filter for $10.00 on my own, and full water pressure was restored. I sent a letter to Precision about this and they didn't care enough to give me the courtesy of a reply. There are lots of plumbers in Billings, I won't ever use Precision again for my house, rentals, or give them as a referral to others.
