Part of closing on our new home included replacing the clean out access plug to our sewer line and have the line fully cleaned and inspected. ROTO ROOTER was very helpful especially in communicated with us as buyers and with the sellers so we were all on the same page. Gage and Jerry got us taken care of. They did have to return the second day to do the cleaning due yo short supply of their tools. Also, online payment for 2 invoices reflecting 2 days didn't work so had to call directly to pay. Front Desk agents were prompt, helpful and friendly. Thanks for your work!

We had two drains in our bathroom unclogged and some parts replaced in the stopper mechanism of the sink. This is the second time we’ve used Roto-Rooter and both experiences have been great. Our technician did have to leave the house to go back to the warehouse to get a part, but now our sinks are working better than ever. He was personable, worked quickly, and showed us how to DIY our sink stoppers. I highly recommend using this service!

Got an appointment same day and in fact it was within an hour. A+ Courteous, clean, done within an hour. A+ Very impressed with the whole thing. Reasonable price for service. Hopefully won’t need them again but if need be I will call them.

Best day of my life when I opened the door and saw Rotor Rooter standing in front of me it's been days with no way of taking a shower washing clothes or even going to the shower. They even came 2 days early. It was done they fixed it faster than I thought it would take, very professional. Thank You Again

I was very happy with the job Roland did. He worked at snaking my sink clog, about 45 minutes, until he was satisfied it was good.. I called a competitor first and they said I needed a water jet which was $360 an hour . I paid less than half that.
