I highly recommend SERVPRO! Jimmi was our project manager and sent us an estimate that was several thousands dollars less than others we received. Montana and Isaac also worked on our home and all three were very courteous when it came to our time and what we wanted. From the start to finish, we were kept in the loop! Servpro is the best company we’ve ever hired to work on our home.

Servpro of Billings, I cannot say enough great things! When your basement floods with Raw sewage, it’s a rough time, but from beginning to end-Emily and her crew were awesome! Jerome and Rory did the pack out, and we has so much stuff in our basement! They were careful and kind! And funny to boot! Elysiana and Gage handled the mitigation, and they were not only lovely to have in my home but super fast, and efficient and they did a great job! Thankful for all of Emily’s support and her team in this process!

We are so thankful for the servpro team that responded to our flood this summer. They were absolutely amazing. Emily the project manager explained everything so well and answered all my questions. Also Jack and Aldo were so efficient and did a great job with demolition and remediation. We really appreciate how they kept us informed every step of the way. I contacted Servpro to help with a neglected home. There was severe cigarette smoke, pet stains, mold, mildew and deplorable living conditions. Jimmy met me at the house and did a thorough walk through. ServPro was very professional and their team was prompt, efficient and went above and beyond what I expected. The cost was very reasonable and definitely worth it. The home is safe again, we can move forward with necessary repairs and remodeling. I would highly recommend Jimmy and ServPro for any disaster mitigation! Excellent service!

I called the company due to sewage in the crawl space. Emily came out and did an estimate right away. Tyler, Gage, and Jack came out for the mitigation. Everyone in this process was very nice. The guys that came over for the repair made me laugh which always makes a stressful situation better. Thank you team!

Servpro has been amazing to help us through the flooding of our basement! Gabe and Jack worked their tails off! Jim went over and beyond to meet all of our needs. Came over at 10pm and stayed to help assist till midnight just to come back the next day! Definitely would recommend them!

The words don’t exist to express how grateful our family is to Kyla, Joel, and ServPro for the work that they did with a family member’s home after very difficult circumstances. Kyla especially was a blessing and a godsend. She was incredibly sensitive and responsive through one of the most difficult times we have ever been through. She not only knew exactly what to do with the work in question, but she knew how to help us understand the process and support us through tough decisions. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything, Kyla. Joel was also wonderful to work with and was incredibly kind and generous with his time and guidance. They helped us at all hours of the day and on weekends as well. We can’t thank them enough for all that they did, like I said, words aren’t enough. As my crawl space begins to fill up and it was obvious my sump pump was not going to keep up, I called Servpro. I'm sure they were busy with others due to the rain. Kyla got a sump pump delivered fast, matter in fact just in time to avoid major damages. She called and will have fans delivered in the morning. Kyla and Servpro saved the day and my furnace. 5 stars for incredible service.
