Estimate and salesman was very helpful when I had to change my plans. The technician that installed my furnance was friendly, helpful, and prompt. He answered all my questions. He gave me some tips and tricks. He went above and beyond. Will be requesting the same technician when I replace my AC unit.

Great customer service, start to finish! I contacted White Heating and Air Conditioning through their website, after hours, requesting to set up a service call and was called back promptly the next morning to set up an appointment for that day. Ralph was out to the house quicker than I expected, within about an hour, and he got my furnace back up and running in no time. Pricing was clear up front, so no mystery charges and everyone was helpful and professional. Great job!

Everyone I dealt with at White was courteous and professional. Eric gave me an estimate and then took several phone calls from me to answer additional questions and give me an additional quote on a different unit. The installers were very knowledgeable, diligent and did an excellent job, even though they had to make some adjustments to the installation. The job was finished promptly, as promised, with no surprises. And, the furnace works great! We are very happy with it. We especially thank our installers, Sam and Justin.

I was having trouble with my furnace all weekend. I called and was able to have my furnace fixed on Monday afternoon. We have had White Heating do several of our projects. We are very satisfied with their work. They explain everything that they are doing. We have had them put in furnaces, air conditioning and gas fireplace on existing and new construction. They are also very prompt on coming out on an emergency call.
