When our furnace went out, Brian quickly came over and assessed the situation. He got the part ordered right away. Lindsey kept me informed all along the way. There’s no one I trust more than the entire team at Cornerstone with all plumbing, heating, and cooling issues!!

Jerel and his crew are the best. After two years of fussing with a thermostat that wouldn't stay together after they installed a garage heater, they replaced it with a new one..no charge as far as I can tell. Used Jerel a second time in two months. Great service in coordinating an installation of countertops.

I have used Cornerstone 3 times so far. Heater died on coldest day, air conditioner died on warmest day, and a garbage disposal went out. What impressed me with all three is how friendly and professional they were. On the heater, he had to order parts, but came back and with a little oil got us warmed up until the parts came it. I recommend them to everyone that I know and will continue using them. Grade AAA all the way!

Terrible customer service for residential. We called multiple times without any callback. We went to the office multiple times. They never called back. That was spring of 2022 and it's January of 2024. We found another plumber that came in three days.

We had them replace a water heater in the shop, repair a broken toilet and fix a leak in the laundry room all at different times. They were always prompt, very efficient and we have always been very pleased with the bill. Great folks, good communication and very concerned with time issues.

Chris called at 8:30 to ask if I would be around today so he could take a look at my kitchen faucet. We set up a 9:30 appointment for this morning. He was prompt and had the leak diagnosed. He removed the old faucet and had the new faucet installed in no time. I will definitely refer people to Cornerstone Plumbing! Thank you Cornerstone and Chris!
