Markus was the service technician who helped me. Where to begin with my glowing review?:). Markus had a lot of knowledge. He answered all of my questions in a way I understood, which is no small feat:). He was also patient, did not get frustrated with my questions, and was very good a explaining. Took time even though I know he had other calls to get to. I also appreciated that he put a drop cloth down in the area he was working, along with a piece of cardboard to protect the wall. Thank you Cotter's for your great hire with Markus:).

There have been an occasion or two where I’ve had to use another company (availability only reason) to handle these old pipes of mine. But every time I come back to Cotter’s, I’m reminded of the amazing staff they have. They know their stuff cold. And they provide services with a confidence that inspires my confidence, in your company. I wish I could give 7 stars.

We’ve used cotter’s on multiple occasions and they have always been great to work with. Whether it’s a plumbing emergency or scheduled maintenance we do with them, they are always on time, do a great job, and are very respectful! These guys are awesome!
